I like all the staff. None of them are ever in too much of a hurry to answer all my questions. I've never had a bad interaction with anyone there. They're all champs!

Dr. Grady is a gifted surgeon who delights in his work as well he should. He is really good at it, my experiences recently with a dental implant being a case in point. Dr. Grady was informative, masterful throughout, the surgery being flawless.

I just finished the last of four visits to Dr. Grady's office, all having to do with a tooth implant. All--the extraction of the rotten tooth, the bone graft, the placing of the post, and finally the tooth itself--were done with great skill and with no pain. The bone graft was particularly tricky; a mistake there would have led to a puncture into the nasal cavity. Not good. But Dr. Grady's skillful surgery came through. At the end, he placed the tooth, but was not happy with it, might lead to food packing. So he had me come back, having made a new one. He is obviously not content with "good enough for government work." I grateful that he is using his gifts to help me--and countless others.

They got me a prescription called in right before the weekend, super kind and responsive. Once I got there, had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend Dr Grady and his team.

Dr Grady and his team are wonderful. Dr Grady and his assistants have an easy manner that puts patients at ease with a little light humor and conversation to take the edge off of the fact that they're performing dental work. I just love Heidi, who is one of the hygienists, and has been cleaning my teeth for the last 8 years. Lori works at the front desk and brilliantly manages insurance, coinsurance, copays etc. She is a whiz and her resourcefulness and expertise is much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

5.13.20. In these days of health care under safe distance guidelines this office excels. My first visit. Waiting & exam rooms are meticulous. All staff wore masks. Masks, gloves & hand sanitizer readily available to patients. Staff are professional, friendly & caring. Dr. Grady took time to explain options, answer questions and ensure my comfort.

The best Dentist I have ever had. No complications, no surprises, no mistakes. Ryan's crowns, once cemented, stay and never come out. I have a confident smile because i know that his work is solid. Thanks Dr Grady !

I would not return to this dental practice. New in town, I scheduled a cleaning at this practice. Upon arrival, Lynsey (RDH) informed me that, in order to establish a baseline, she would need to perform a panoramic 2-D x-ray ($120) and a CBCT/Cat Scan 3-D x-ray ($275). I declined both of the foregoing, but agreed to a set of bitewing x-rays ($79). Thereafter, she proceeded with a periodontal exam of my gums, concluding that I had too many deep gum pockets to allow for a routine cleaning and, instead, would need a 2-appointment "scaling and root planing" procedure ($1,100). Also, Dr. Grady concluded that an old filling needed replacement ($249), which would require a future appointment. (Hence, I was charged a total of $168 for the periodontal exam and bitewing x-rays, after having been denied a routine cleaning.) Incredulous regarding the foregoing, I returned to my former - out of town - dentist. His exam concluded that I had only one gum pocket of a "5" depth (versus a total of 21, or 23 of 5 or greater claimed by Lynsey at TCD) and that, therefore, a "scaling and root planing" procedure would be unnecessary. He advised that the filling that Dr. Grady had identified as "failing" would not require immediate replacement, but, rather, advised checking it again in 6 months. I was given a routine cleaning by his office and charged a total of $135 for the cleaning, periodontal and dental exams. Patient beware of TCD!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grady's for 8 years and the experience is always good. He and his staff are very professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

Great experience. Took my appointment on short notice. Gave me a variety of options for how I would like to deal with my issue. Great staff and environment. 10/10 would recommend to others!
