Do Not Go here for Ortho work.
Several times my daughter has had the wires stabbing her gums and they just say, well, there's nothing we can do about it. They have 1 Dr and he's only in on Thursdays so your kid is going to miss school for appt. If a bracket comes loose or it hurts, oh well, they are booked weeks out. So your treatment will be swayed even more. The Orth staff is also super rude. They are so booked that we couldn't get an appt until 8 weeks out and then they told us we need to come in sooner. The front desk staff are the only good thing about this place. Take your private insurance elsewhere- to a full office. I'll be working to move her somewhere else because these people are just ridiculous.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Went in to get a crown. The dental assistant was not suctioning the saliva from the back of my mouth. Shortly into the procedure, I had to stop it to ask them to suction. She put the wand in my mouth, and just let it lay on my tongue, doing little if anything to control my choking. I actually had to roll on my side and spit to avoid choking. The dentist did nothing to correct the assistant. When I kept having problems, he said, if you can't handle this, we'll have to refer you to a specialist. I was helpless on my back with my mouth held open, under nitrous oxide and numbing shots, choking on my own spit, and he was threatening me with exorbitant fees!
The assistant had to take before, during and after X-rays for the root canal, but she did not know how to aim the machine, so I ended up getting twelve x-rays instead of three as another assistant tried to coach her. To top it off, the light they pointed into my mouth was badly stained from previous patient's splashes of dental gunk. It was pretty much the little shop of horrors. I'll never go back.

Do not go here! They did a bunch of permanent work with temporary cement . The assistant shouldn't be allowed to work on teeth I'm sure the assistant had cemented a permanent crown with temporary cement. The crown he did was so messed up my new dentist refuses to use it. when he was looking to see if he could re cement it back on.
Because yes it fell off I forgot to mention, after two weeks. The new dentist noticed this permanent crown was cemented with temporary cement which is why it fell off. Then rick refused to refund me for the bad crown and work. I called and asked very politely if they could fix the work or refund it and rick hung up on me. I just thought it was a bad connection. seeing how the conversation went fine so I checked my service seemed fine I was like well that was strange their phones must be messed up. So I called back and apparently rick blocked me, He must be trying to prevent himself from being fired. Like covering up by making sure I can't tell anyone else that works there. Or perhaps they are all in on it, to try and steal my money from me. But they owe me around $600 at least for the bad crown , then whatever a build up cost. I just cant believe how immature and dishonest these people are. robbing Medicare money from a disabled person. This is Government money they are robbing from the citizens this isn't rite. So now I have to report them to medicade and force them to send my new dentist a check to fix his bad work. Its not that big of deal, I just need to call medicade. And they will force them to pay. I cant believe he doesn't know that's how it works, and that he will be forced to pay anyways. He is young , I just wish he wasn't so immature and would just do his job. Now I have to do things the hard way which usually takes about two weeks in my experience. He is wasting my time, he is wasting my dentist time , he is wasting my moms time who was involved in a portion of the payment. and whats even more heinous is he is stealing from Medicaid , which he will fail at, which also waist Medicaids time. very immature and dishonest and also and criminal , that's low stealing from Medicaid come on... That's like stealing childrens hospital donation boxes from gas stations, not cool. But and now i have to wait longer I could get a infection. Oh and I realized just now as well now that i'm writing this. the feeling that fell out from the other work. Well the hole rick drilled was deep and big that i need a root canal. that is pretty disturbing. we all know what happens if you seal up a rotting root in a tooth rite? That tooth should of been given a root canal not a giant feeling. This tooth could of ended up being lethal if the sloppy feeling didn't fall off in 2 weeks. I guess I will be telling Medicare about that as well. or maybe I will have to tell the dental association all this, as well for the feeling rick did. He might lose his license that's some malpractice there for sure! That could of been the end of me if the felling didn't go bad. but yeah what a mess and waste of so many peoples time. and tax payers money. I am defiantly making sure Medicaid gets their money back. And that my teeth are fixed rite. such a headache. I wouldn't go here save yourself the trouble.

Ashley was the best hygienist I've ever had! It was a painless and gentle, yet thorough cleaning! She's very friendly and really takes care of you as a patient.

I had a tray retainer made 3 TIMES and none of them fit. I scheduled to have a consult with the Ortho, but when I got there he wouldn't see me. They wanted to take a 4th cast- but I wanted an answer as to why none of them were working. It was really strange to me- they didn't seem to care to find a solution. They did give a refund, but now I have to find a new Ortho and do the whole process again. Ridiculous.

This dentist office cannot keep dentists or hygienists. It gets exhausting to have to deal with new dentists, hygienists, and others every time you return. I've even had dental assistants work on my teeth at this place with just a dentist doing oversite. No thank you. We want consistant, professional, and quality work

The staff are terribly unprofessional. They want people to fill out and sign new patient paperwork every few months. The worst thing is they lie and tell you it's a HIPPA Mandate or that their license mandates it, which is absolutely a lies. An office policy is not the law. HIPPA is a federal law. Dont let these folks convince you otherwise or that they are the same thing.

Staff is very professional and super friendly. I have been to both the Dentist and Orthodontist for treatment and the staff will make sure you are comfortable throughout your stay. It is also super clean and friendly environment.

I was extraordinarily impressed with Dr. DeNicola, and this practice! I will recommend them to my family and friends! I went in with a toothache which could have easily been diagnosed as needing a root canal. Dr. DeNicola assessed the possibilities, and with a minimum of treatment the same day, he solved the problem and saved me a lot of money and PAIN!! The staff were all very professional, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit to the Dentist! KUDOS!!!!

HORRIBLE!! went here for wisdom teeth extraction and another tooth extraction, the dentist had awful communication skills throughout the process and the lady who was helping him did not know what she was doing, I almost threw up during procedure, I FELT THE EXTRACTION HALFWAY THROUGH at which point I screamed owww and the dentist and Lady got an attitude talking about how they already numbed me enough and to fight thru the pain (WTH?) totally wrong and I should of never had to deal with them telling me that or feeling any pain whatsoever. DON'T GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. and then I was in so much pain and they only gave me 8 percacets and refused to refill my pain medication even when I got an infection 3 days after the extraction. The dentist was not in the office and was not available to be seen for days, there were other dentist in the practice that should of been able to see me and refill my medication but instead I was told by the secretary to go to the ER!!!? unbelievable, I shouldn't have had to go to the ER they should of handled it.
