Dr mike and Cassie worked on my teeth this week and i could not be happier with the outcome .. my before and after photos are night and day . When i thought my front 4 teeth were ruined ..these wonderful people found a way to fix them .thanks so much .. i am 34 years old and finally feel comfortable with my dentist office.

Only advice... Check your itemized invoice.
Being a cash paying customer, I called for a quote to get a tooth extracted. I was quoted around $250. Knowing these quotes from dentists are typically not accurate, or honest, I expected to pay around $300-$350 at the end of it. I opted for the walk-in option to have it done ASAP. I spent 2 hours waiting and going through the usual rigmarole and getting injected with Novocain before being handed an invoice for $492 and asked to sign it while being informed that this is not a commitment to that price.
Even though it is clearly an itemized invoice which included the 'Simple Extraction' PLUS the 'Surgical Extraction' combined in the SAME 'Subtotal' for the INVOICE.
Not to mention the invoice specifically says next to your signature, "I REQUEST AND AUTHORIZE THE DENTIST OR QUALIFIED ASSIGNEE TO PERFORM THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE."
After refusing to sign this invoice because of the obvious discrepancies, the older dental assistant got extremely defensive and confrontational. Then she stated that they should stop giving quotes over the phone to which I would say... that isn't the only procedural change that needs to be made.
Maybe stop trying to double charge people, on the SAME INVOICE, for the SAME procedure?
Needless to say, being quoted one price and then attempting to gouge me for twice that amount by double itemizing the same procedure on an invoice ruined any level of trust.
But then the defensive and authoritarian tone of the old dental assistant simply made matters worse.
If you're a cash paying customer and choose to role the dice on this place,
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR INVOICE!
They like to double dip on your bill!

Dr Steve and the team were great! Got the whole family checked out the same morning and squeezed me in same day for a filling. Very gentle with my little one and explained everything going on. Highly recommend!!

Anyone in need of a great dentist we have one right here in Trinidad. Next door to Big R ... Dr. Darais. I would rate him an A+ in skill and as a person who cares. The entire experience has given me to trust the doctor. They are very professional and the level of customer service is excellent, from the reception all the way to the treatment room. He is very gentle, yet thorough in his approach. He is always kind and enthusiastic. I appreciate his practical and professional advice.

I walked into their office just to see about getting an appointment for a tooth that had decayed and chipped. They worked me into their schedule and had me out the door an hour later with a new filling and the problem resolved. I would recommend Dr. Steve to anyone! He is very personable and a genuinely caring dentist.

Let's just say that I am no longer afraid of the dentist 😁 I would like to thank Kim with the inviting smile at the front desk for helping me to get started on my little adventure, the lovely Shantell who worked with me to find the right comfortable fit for my ex rays and talked my nerves down with lots of laughs, the very kind and professional Dr. Steve Dixon for helping get my smile ready before my Wedding Day, and the rest of the staff for making my experience calm and easy.
