First time visit to Iconic Dental. Greeted in timely manner with friendly, supportive and efficient check-in. Routine exam/xrays, but knew I had a worrisome issue. Treatment options were given and I chose a dental implant. Dr. Shoff knew I needed to start the process sooner than later, but was booked-out for some time. Without missing a beat, gathering necessary info and consents, he and his assistant Melissa, promptly extracted the tooth and placed the implant, at this appointment...and over their lunch hour! Numbing was exceptional, excellent placement of implant per x-rays noted, treatment plan and supportive follow-up were given. I cannot express enough gratitude to this team for their care, concern, efficiency and working me in the same day. 3 days out now, little to no pain, healing well. One-stop shopping at it's finest in Walsenburg, with this extensively experienced team and latest technologies in dental care. Many thanks to all!

My personal experience with iconic dental has been nothing short of amazing and spectacular!! I went in with a messy mouthful of pain and I now have the most beautiful smile. Melissa called me, after I'd talked myself out of getting my teeth pulled out for the 7 the year in a row 🙄 I'm scared to death of dentists and hate mouth pain of any kind. They ALL put my worries at ease. Dr. James gave me his personal number because I was so nervous. Anything I needed they all have n always have taken care of.
I found a way to make sure I could cover what I needed to. Melissa helped me. She made sure that Medicaid took care of me also. She never missed a best.
All the dental offices I've been to this in this small little town is the best one I've ever found. Best bedside manner, understand, care and friendship. I'll always highly recommend iconic dental with Dr. James and that entire staff! God bless these ppl!! ❤️🦷♾️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our son's very first visit to a dentist at 11 months old. Haylea made the visit extremely comfortable for all of us. She even picked Walker a toy that was his favorite color!
