I was a patient of Dr. Levine for many many years and due to insurance I was unable to see him for many years. Today was my first visit with the new crew and I went kind of cold turkey meaning, I usually have to medicate for any dental procedure even cleanings. I did this as a test for myself with expectations of leaving mid exam honestly because my anxiety was was so high. I really must say, the hygienist Raven did an excellent job making sure I was ok constantly and explaining everything she was doing as she was doing her job with such expertise and being very personable at the same time and she had no idea of my anxiety issues until AFTER the exam and cleaning was done! Dr. Lerch even gave me a high five lol…I now have a treatment plan in place and I am confident with Dr. Lerch and her staff I will be able to do this with little to no anxiety! Thank you ladies!!
