LoPresti Cosmetic and Family Dentistry

Was recommend by my insurance to come here. Very modern, sleek and clean office. Jess was the RDH who did my cleaning, she was fantastic! So sweet and did an awesome job on my teeth. Dr. LoPresti also is fantastic, explained everything going on and even was able to show me my X-rays on the TV in the room to better explain everything to me. Very impressed with my first visit to the office! Would absolutely recommend.

Thank you Dr. LoPresti for making me look forward to my dentist appointments! My cleanings have always been thorough, painless, and punctual. The office is extremely clean & decorated gorgeously! Another great part of this office is that they have Tv’s in the rooms so I get to watch Jeopardy while I get my teeth cleaned! Highly recommend this dentist if you’re looking for a clean, skilled dentist who always remembers who you are personally!

My 4 yr old son has extreme sensory challenges and prior to coming to Dr. LoPresti’s office, he was absolutely terrified of the dentist. The pediatric dentist he used to see had attempted to sedate him with nitrous oxide (flavored like chocolate), and when that didn’t work, he was restrained to a special board so that they could examine his teeth. (He needed the examination and this was the only way they felt it could be done safely.) He was very traumatized for weeks after that, and I knew we were never going back.

I had been a patient of Dr. LoPresti for years, and it occurred to me that their office had the very calm and quiet atmosphere that my son would probably require. I spoke it over with their office, and they were excited to help, and suggested that we bring him in to help desensitize him to their office prior to scheduling a cleaning. We brought him in for his initial appointment and Emily, an oral hygienist, worked with him to help him feel safe. She did an amazing job convincing him to sit on the chair, open his mouth, and let her count his teeth. She even got him to play with some of the dental instruments that they use for the cleanings, and he allowed her to put the suction tube in his mouth. (This was amazing since it makes a loud sound that he would normally find to be very off putting.) Emily was a complete natural at working with special needs children. She could read his signs when he was starting to get over stimulated or scared, and knew how to gently pivot without reinforcing to him that anything she was doing should be thought of as scary. My son is actually excited about returning for his cleaning. He told me that he loves his new dentist.

Hands down, best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have top notch technology and I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment I stepped into their office.

Great everything. Going to the dentist always sucks, but Dr.Matthew and his staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. Treat them like humans and they will treat you like a human. They are the ones cleaning your mouth, so what benefit do you have to be nasty? None.
Surprised I haven’t left a review here yet, but nevertheless, they are all great. The best a dentist can be!

Dr Lopresti and his staff are nothing but highly professional. I felt very comfortable and safe with all the protective measures they have in place! Don’t let Covid keep you from your dental hygiene. It’s always a pleasure and I always look forward going to get my teeth cleaned and my mouth worked on there.

I recently moved from NYC to Harbor Point in Stamford, and despite my loyalty to my internist, hair dresser, etc. in Manhattan, I was confident walking into Dr. LoPresti’s office. I was welcomed with open arms, and with each visit, I am reminded of why I choose this team to perfect my smile. The entire team is awesome; super accommodating and personable. Dr. LoPresti is professional and works with you to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your teeth. I have had several veneers done by him and I am thrilled with the results! The office is clean with state of the art technology. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

From reviewing exactly what will happen, to working with you on payment/avenues of payment, working around your schedule, and making sure even people like me with sensitive teeth and fear of the dentist have an enjoyable easy experience. BEST in the business. Stunning office space. Amazingly detailed to Covid safety and over all stellar staff. The front desk. administrator is intelligent concise and cheerful , Emily the oral hygienist is a judgement free friendly but still highly professional superstar. She is extremely detailed and gentle with the Instruments. Doctor Lopresti is very upbeat and intuned to what patients are looking for. A SPA experience with a family feel at affordable prices.
