I was scared to death to go to the dentist because of horrible experiences I’ve had in the past. I finally decided to try Dr. Prior due to wonderful things I was hearing about him and his staff.

Fast forward 4 years- these folks are like family to me now. I haven’t experienced one BIT of pain because dr prior is a pro at painless dentistry.

I never ever thought I’d say I look forward to going to the dentist, but I honestly do now. I feel so great about taking regular care of my teeth. It’s been a long time and now I’m on top of it as I always should’ve been if not for the horrible, painful experiences in the past.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Prior and his staff. So glad I overcame my fear of going to the dentist - with their help.

My first visit. They make you feel so countable its like family everyone so nice !! Dr Prior is an pro at human relations. My go to dentist from now on !! Trust me you can trust their Services. They took up close pictures a first for me. You will be amazed of the close up pictures !! All i can say is trust DR PRIOR and the Gang for great Service.

I found this family business to be very close to perfect, if not so. Each one of the staff I dealt with couldn't have been more competent at their job. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone, knowing they will have all their concerns handled very professionally and in a most friendly manner.

Dr. Prior is one of the best dental experiences my family has ever had. His staff is the greatest. My daughter has gone to him her whole life and absolutely loves him. By far this office is the best in pinellas. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Prior Family Dentistry. I didn't have a regular dentist after moving to area and they got me in the same day I called in a lot of pain with an infected tooth. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr.Prior explained all my options and got me the treatment I needed and was very kind. I will definitely make him my regular dentist.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Prior. I have to say it was unlike any appointment I've ever had with a dentist. Before I even met with Dr. Prior his staff were so kind and thorough. They toook 18 x-rays and five pictures of my teeth and jaw. I didn't really understand why they were doing that at the time but I just went with it. Then Dr. Prior came in and looked over everything with me and explained in detail exactly what was going on in my mouth. He showed me where I had some bone loss and explained why I needed to take care of it right away. Apparently this had been going on for years and previous dentists had not even taken the time to notice, much less explain it to me and provide me with a plan to remedy the problem. Dr. Prior was so kind as he talked with me as well. It was like I was talking with a parent who really cared about my well being and wanted to comfort me and help me. I know this sounds a bit cheesy but it's so true. He's just such a kind and gentle person. I've never met with a doctor or any kind that had such a demeanor like his. In addition to Dr. Prior my hygenist was so gentle and kind. She made sure I was comfortable as she cleaned my teeth. My teeth were pretty dirty and she didn't get on me about "you need to floss more" like most hygenists do. She just told me about all the reasons it was necessary to keep your teeth clean and all the benefits I'd have if I did. She even recommended a specific water pik and electric toothbrush. When my appointment was over and I met with Elizabeth who was so kind to explain the gum issues I was dealing with in more detail and helped me with a referral to a periodontist who could start the process of getting my gums back to being healthy again. She went out of her way to make sure I understood the seriousness of the issue and calmed my feelings about it by letting me know if I dealt with it in a timely manner I'd be okay. Overall this was the best dental experience I've ever had. I got some bad news about some gum issues I need to deal with but Dr. Prior and his team really went out of their way to make my experience as easy and painless as possible while making sure I had a plan to get my mouth back to optimal health. I'd recommend Dr. Prior over any dentist I've ever worked with in the past!

Patty did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dana and Dr. Prior made sure my new bight guard fit perfectly and showed me how to use it properly. As usual, I had a wonderful visit and left feeling more certain than ever that I made the best choice possible by choosing the Prior dental practice.

Friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. Love that the electronic cleaner for the teeth is back.
