I have NEVER had such a Wonderful experience with a Dentist…Ever. I went in to have a back molar extracted and I can tell you from beginning to end the experience was great in terms of timeliness, quality and the Dentist was also comical. 🤣😂 He made me completely comfortable and we had some good conversation before the procedure and I continued laughing after the procedure all the way out the door. 😇
The dentist here are in-tuned with your needs and concerns. I truly had a good experience…weird to say having a tooth pulled…but it’s the TRUTH! For my dental needs…ASPEN DENTAL gets 5-Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They didn't file my claim correctly, so I've spent 6 months trying to do it myself. Which is almost impossible with how little their office is willing to help me. All of the office staff is rude and aggressive, and won't even answer an email. The dentist, hygienist, and techs were all great, but not worth dealing with the front office if you have any issues.

The first time I went they make you do a general appointment before you can get a regular cleaning (covered by your insurance) so no treatment is actually provided. During this appointment the dentist said I need three fillings and when speaking with the financial counselor and scheduler on my way out I was supposed to be scheduled for the three fillings and my cleaning. When I went to my apportionment at 5PM the lady who did the cleaning initially started by stating what time it was and seems like she was in a rush to get off work. Was spraying and getting water EVERYWHERE (all over me) while cleaning my teeth and barely even cleaned them! I asked about the fillings and etc she advised she didn’t see anything scheduled so I talked tot he scheduled and she said it wasn’t scheduled and then scheduled ANOTHER appointment. 🙄 When I went to that appointment the dentist came in and a dental assistant (mind you every time they were like 30 mom after my appt was supposed to start) he started and asked me if I’d be okay with them doing half then (because they were closing soon) and the other half at a different appointment. I said no way this is my 3rd time in here and they really shouldn’t offer to schedule people that late if they are always in a rush (very unprofessional). He looks at one of my teeth and says it doesn’t need a filling it’s good and only does two, also I was quoted $90 (30 each for three teeth). The next couple days later even two weeks later my top tooth he did the filling on HURTS (it never did before!). I call to schedule a completely different dentist to look at it and the day before my appt they cancel because they don’t have enough people. I receive my EOB and it says I was billed $85 for two fillings when the financial counselor quoted me otherwise. I called today and repeatedly was placed on hold for 15 min so just hung up. Every experience I’ve had here has been horrible. Please find another dental provider! I just moved here and these experiences from this one dental provider really makes me miss and appreciate my previous dental provider that I’ve seen for the past 14 years. DO NOT GO HERE

We were from out of town and our toddler had a bad fall which cracked a few front teeth. While they were not able to provide care because of our son's young age, they did their best to keep him calm, and guide us through the appropriate next steps. I am grateful for their compassion. Now home, our son is fine and his teeth have been fixed!

Dr. T is amazing! I highly recommend him for all your dental needs. He’s very caring and compassionate and helped me through the process of extraction. I will only see him going forward!

Military family just moved to crestview so, my wife was looking for a Dental office for the family. Kids just need their annual exam and a cleaning. We were not sure when the last time they gotten X rays but instead of asking us or letting us contact the old dental office, Aspen went ahead and conducted panoramic x-rays which are different from normal x-rays. So without verifying wether or not my kids have already had these x-rays done which are only needed every 3-5 years they went did them anyways. Now I have to pay a $336 bill out of pocket.

Came in for an X-Ray and I am pleased to say I am very impressive with their service. They offer a very through dental exam and is very honest and transparent in regards to making sure you have the best dental hygiene.

I am not their customer but get emails meant for one of their customers. I have called them and was told (by a very disinterested receptionist) that they would remove my email address. They still continue to send me info on her appointments. I wouldn't trust them with my data.

I Scheduled an appointment via the website for an early AM appt. Showed up 10 min early. When I checked in, the woman behind the desk says "Ill check you in but she is first" gesturing towards a woman that entered behind me. I found this rude but typical behavior for Florida. She then explained that my appointment time was not for another 2 hours. Puzzled, I check my appointment email to find that I was right on time. I showed the woman at the desk and she just kind of shrugged and walked away. Then, a few minutes later a text message confirming my appointment time for two hours later appeared.
I have a lower body injury from military service that causes a significant amount of discomfort making travel and waiting room chairs difficult. A driving time (40 min one way) combined with sitting in a waiting room and exam room chairs...I couldn't stay.
Based off of the attitudes and demeanor of the staff and patent that was "first", I think I was bumped for an established patient without so much as an explanation.
I had great customer service at an Aspen Dental in New Mexico so Im certain this is not the company as a whole. This reflects directly on the people operating this specific Aspen Dental office.

The staff at Aspen dental in Niceville are a great bunch of people who really care about their patients and want their patients to be very confident in their new smile, and they want them to be able to leave their office being able to smile and be confident in the way, their smile looks I think them very much for improving my smile and I would recommend them to everybody.
