The environment is extremely inviting and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. They make you feel like one of the family there. I have never liked dentist offices and always felt like they were just trying to get you to spend as much as they can and not actually care you for. BUT as soon as I walked in Modern Family Dentistry that all changed for me. I felt cared for. Each person that helped me had such a great attitude and was super sweet. Not to mention I know I was given great services in each thing I had done. Thank you so much Modern Family Dentistry for changing my outlook on going to the dentist!

Called with a dental emergency on a Monday morning and they were able to do a same day appointment. Having a bit of dental anxiety made this a definite Monday kind of day. The staff was very caring and friendly and Dr. Swanson was very patient and kind. Dr. Matheson came into the exam area I was in two or three times to make sure I was doing okay even though he wasn't the doctor working on my issue. I would recommend this office to anyone that has any kind of dental phobia. They are very reassuring and explain everything that is being done.

I was so impressed with the procedure I had done. It was A plus in all ways. The cleaning and x-rays were done well. I have had this done elsewhere and ended up with cankers a day after the x-rays. I expressed my concerns and I am happy to report NO CANKERS. GREAT JOB !!! I appreciated the fact that they listened to all I said. I mentioned that I wanted to know what there was to do in the area that would be fun for kids and was told that a recent patient had had fun at the aquarium. Thanks for the idea. Then Dr. Michael Masterson came in and was so gentle as he examined my teeth, mouth and gums. He explained my x-rays clearly and in a very professional way. This was what I have been looking for. See you again next year.

I was very comfortable here. Another dentist had recommended treatment that wasn't covered by my insurance so I came here to get a second opinion. The scaling/cleaning was not necessary after all, only a regular cleaning. Relieved and made an appt in 6 mos. Sonia, Fatima and Dr. Masterson were very nice and skilled.

I have come to get dental work here since I was a kid. In the search for a dentist in Citrus County when I moved back to the area, I was happy to know that they were still in practice. Everybody in the office is so kind and caring, I had extreme anxiety, even a panic attack after the doctor numbed my tooth for a filling, and the staff made me feel so at home giving me ice and water in the doctor explaining to me how the medicine had affected my system to cause that reaction which in turn helped me to calm down so that the procedure could be finished. Sad to hear that Dr Swanson will be retiring but Dr Masterson is incredible and I am happy to be a patient at a dental office that does quality work with Quality Care.
