It's the worst. They change dentists every 3 months, they started the invisible line treatment and they did it wrong. My teeth went in the opposite direction and now no one answers me. When she checked me out, Dr. Sara told me I should go to a different orthodontist, and then, the secretary canceled my appointment and said that they would not finish my treatment, that the new orthodontist was not going to help me because she did not want to get sued. I lost more than 5,000 dollars and now not one answers me not even the manager, they left the buttons from the treatment in and they don't want to remove them. that is unprofessional and irresponsible.

Dr. Tovmasyan is amazing! My tooth broke last week and they got me in right away. Dr. Tovmasyan is super nice and clearly explains each step and what she is going to do next. Couldn't be happier with the result. She is very professional and honest, which is extremely important to me. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I also love the brand new upscale office - very modern and clean. She is my new dentist - highly recommended!

I went to Dentistry by Design for a checkup and cleaning, I was very much Happy with the Friendly staff and schedule accommodation by Kathy she was very helpful and kind, I never had a cleaning like the one Christina the hygienist did she is great, and Dr. Tovmasyan did my exam with no rush including a cancer screening . The office is new and everything looks clean . Highly recommended
