(Updated to original post below) I would like to thank Gulf Breeze Dentistry for going above and beyond with servicing our complaint. They were very responsive and quick to rectify the billing situation between us and them. We understand that mistakes do happen and we appreciate that they care so much about how their customer felt about them. Would definitely use them again.
Our family went to Gulf Breeze Dentistry because they accepted Tricare dental the first time we went there. On our second visit, we were told that they no longer accepted our insurance after we had already seen the dentist. Then we were told not to worry and that it would be a small co-pay. We recieved a bill in June for services that occurred in February for over 600.00. After complaining about the bill, they reduced it to slightly less than 400.00. I do not recommend this business and feel taken advantage of.

It was even my (almost) 8 year old’s first official dental visit and he loved it. He keeps brushing his teeth now and says he actually likes brushing his teeth for 2 minutes. :)

Appointment today was the most professional and well organized dentist i have ever been to. Everyone was on top of their game. All personell from x-ray, Dentist, and Hygenist was the most thorough group ive been to. The only thing they cared about was giving me the best care for my teeth as possible. They were all sincere and geniune. If debating about visiting this office, get off your butt, you wont be disappointed.

We could not be more pleased to review Gulf Breeze Dentistry. Moving here in August we found it difficult to find a dental practice that took our dental savings plan. Upon our first call to the office we immediately felt the warm kind friendly customer service we only hoped for. All of my concerns were answered with a smile which I knew meant the staff cared about my needs. “Yes”was her answer to the question about my savings plan and then another “yes” of course she could get my husband and myself an appointment due some dental discomfort. How wonderful! Dr. Brennan and her dental assistant Nina, were the best! If I could write more I would. Nina.......Thank you for your concerns and your hope for my dog, Jake who is very ill .❤️

Awesome staff - very little waiting- had thorough cleaning by Donna yesterday- best cleaning I’ve ever had - had Zoom treatment today - amazing results- a little discomfort on bottom teeth for sensitivity- if you choose to get that done I’d recommend using Sensodyne about 2 weeks before Zoom - also I was able to listen to my IPhone headphones that helped make the time go be quicker- Thank you Gulf Breeze Dentistry! -steve
