Amazing office and staff . Manager is fantastic and attentive . Dental hygienists are phenomenal. Dr. McCosh is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is extreme knowledgeable, talented , and kind. No complaints at all

Dr. McCosh is my family dentist for over 5 years and we love her professionalism. She really cares about her patients! Her staff is the same way, always helping find the right appointment, talking to our insurance. Love them!!!

Great office! Staff always has a smile on and Stefany is a great professional, always so sweet and positive so knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and costumer service. Dr Mccosh is the best dentist I ever had thanks to her I dont even have anxiety going to my appointments anymore. I wish I could give this office 10 stars lol

The Dentist appears to be nice.However what good is that if she runs her office in an unprofessional manner! The first time I saw her she was very detailed. This can be deceiving when one realizes how the office is run! First I was given a treatment plan. Then I made an appointment. I had to premeditate. Her office never once confirmed that I did this.I showed up for my 1st appointment on time and immediately was told I need to pay upfront prior to billing my insurance that was a preferred provider. They don’t have a sign or in their paperwork state that payment is due in advance of billing the insurance. My provider said they should not bill me up front, but they can if they desire. Put this on a sign and in the patient’s paperwork. When you confirm the appointment remind the patient again. When I couldn’t pay upfront they turned me away.Premeditation and all! They only have one hygienist, so be prepared to wait months for an appointment! Next I show up for an appointment again premeditated and the office never once confirmed that I was. Prior I received many confirmations via recorded messages and texts. In the mix of all these crazy phone calls and texts, I had one text canceling my appointment. I never saw it. They never bothered to reach out by email voicemail ets. The appointment confirmations kept coming in till 15 minutes before my appointment. I had no idea they canceled me!!! I confronted the child that sits at the front desk about all the issues.. I come here twice ,premeditated. No one tried to reach me throughout the day to tell me the hygienist is sick and now she can’t see me for months again. When I brought up the first time that they wanted to bill me up front, the child proceeded to tell me in an child like manner that every office she worked in charges up front and she has been in this business for 20 years. Instead of being understanding and compassionate and admitting they screwed up she appeared cocky which enraged me! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unprofessional practice that employs Immature and unprofessional staff, poorly run office. Your staff is a reflection of you!
Wow Update The response this business gave as to offering financial options is totally untrue. My copayment plus deductible that I already paid to another provider was asked for in advance of billing the insurance for a preferred provider .NO financial options were given!!!!!!!! Sure their idea of trying to reschedule with only one hygienist is months away. Stay away and take your business to a compassionate provider who values patient care and doesn’t try to justify the office behavior. The rebuttal speaks for itself. Very sad what we as patients have to endure in the new normal. Very sad as it’s so hard to find a good doctor that truly cares and is Not only about the money!

Highly recommend using as you dentist. You can trust her to be honest. Staff is also very trustworthy and awesome.

I have been going to Dr. McCosh for years now. She’s the best of the best, very professional and knowledgeable. Great personnel, always treat me like family.

My daughters and I have been patients of Dr. McCosh for the past couple of years, and we couldn't be happier. To find a dentist of this magnitude is rare; I wish I found her sooner. She is great with my children! They never mind their appointments with the dentist. The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend her for your dental needs.

The staff, attend to you're concerns and answers any questions you have, they are very pleasant. Dr. Mc Cosh is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable and explains in detail what she is going to do. I was recommended to Dr. McCosh by a friend who like her as well, and I am thankful for that friend. Stephanie and Ashley at the front desk are awesome. Thank you Dr Mc Cosh and entire staff.
