I had an appointment with Payne and Payne today. I've been going to this dentist for 30 years. My children also has been seeing this dentist and now my grandchildren go. I didn't quite have enought to cover the expenses. I had more than 2/3 of the total amount. Asked if I could bring the remainder in within 2 weeks. He said that they don't do payment plans and proceded to right a prescription for antibiotics. My tooth is not infected. He stood up and said " thank you for waisting my time.

Just want to thank Dr.Mathew Payne and his assistance for helping me with a tooth ache during this pandemic. They got me in and had a safe environment. Dr. Panye did what he thought he could to save my tooth. It seems to be working. Thank you Payne and Payne. We do travel 90 minutes that's how much we like them.

I went to this dentist today and was a little scared since I've never been to the dentist by myself I've always had someone there with me to keep me calm in this case I didn't and I accidentally touch the dentists arm and I got kicked out without service this place is an absolute joke wouldn't recommend Payne and Payne to anyone

Called several dentists offices from Bonifay Florida to Dothan Alabama, no openings for a week. I have a job and needed a bottom FRONT tooth added to my partial. They were able to see me same day for molding, send out to lab, back in 2 days. Staff very accommodating and kind. Kim that handles insurance was very patient. From the receptionist to insurance rep., to dental tech., to Dentist, excellent experience. Also, not long wait for any of the above. I highly recommend and will return.

My first two times were Amazing this last Time was a Disaster...I'm not sure if He just didn't care or was in a rush or was it my tooth but was horrible I got like 4 shots we didn't wait long enough I felt all the breaking and breaking my tooth off I felt so miserable and numb all day...about to call back so I'll know WHO NOT TO GP BACK TO STAY POSTED
