Solo puedo decir q es una terrible experiencia pesimo servicio muy mala atencion y poco profesionalismo despues de la primera atencion me dijeron q en una semana me llamaban a darme respuesta sobre el tratamiento hoy despues de mas de 1 mes tengo yo que llamarlos y oara sorpresa mia no me encontraron ni en el registro no habia ninguna solicitud al seguro la disculpa fue q la encargada de eso hacia 1 semana ya no trabajaba con ellos la solucion de la señorita q se disculpaba pero q yo mislo tenia q llamar al seguro a pedir las autorizaciones por q ellos no podian hacer eso increible no se si reir o molestarme conclusion pesimo servicio nada de profesionalismo .

Desafortunadamente tengo muy mala impresión y criterio de esta clínica porque a pesar de q llegue con mucho tiempo de antelación ,no supieron valorarlo.Me sentí incómoda porque no hablo inglés pero creo que a pesar de esto no es motivo para q el personal q allí labora no fuera capaz de preocuparse por la demora de atenderme.Mi dinero también vale en este país y soy una ciudadana con todos los derechos en este gran país.No sé si las personas q atendieron delante de mi presencia tenían turnos pero lo consideré una gran falta de ética profesional .
