Best Dentist ever .. the staff are so helpful, they took care of me in just 2 visits. I'm telling everyone to go here..there was no pain at all . And they work with my insurance company. United health.
I am so greatfull. Thank God there is still a good Dentist out there

I had a toothache for 5 months. Two dentists referred me to many specialists and I had no result. Finally, I came to Dr. Maria Alvarez at South Florida Dental Group and the first time I saw her, I had an improvement. But, like the other dentists, she needed a specialist opinion. At my second visit, based on the specialist report, her competence and her professionalism, my problem was solved.

Bad experience. Went to office to have a very painful molar pulled. Dentist wouldn’t pull tooth for medical reasons, and referred me to an oral surgeon. Thant wasn’t the problem. The oral surgeon needed the x-rays that where taken before he would see me. When I asked the office for the x-rays I was assured I would receive them by the end of the day. At the end of the day I still had not received the x-rays that I needed for treatment and was assured that I would have them the next day. After calling the next morning for the x-rays I was told they where busy and would provide me the x-rays when they had time. I wasn’t happy with the explanation, so I explained to them that I am in serious pain and insisted that they email the x-rays as promised. The office person told me that she didn’t like my attitude and hung the phone up. Still in pain and they don’t care. Inhumane and unacceptable.

Thieves and Crooks, Dental.

This is the only way I can describe these people. After thinking that my insurance was covering things for me, it turns out these people were charging me OUT OF POCKET for EVERYTHING I had done. I literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars with these crooks only to find out during a routine cleaning that it turns out they were charging me OOP for everything.

When I called my insurance, my insurance is like "NO.... We haven't received any claims for Dental Group of South Florida." I called DGoSF and the ladies were incredibly rude about me inquiring about why they hadn't filed claims or whatever and tried to write it off as "Your policy doesn't cover it because it's an HMO or whatever."

PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. Find another dentist and NEVER, EVER come here. PERIOD.

Thank you Dental Group (Eureka) for your kindness and knowledge. My dental procedure was great with no problems. My experience was quick and easy and the front staff is so friendly . Thank you guys!!! I will be recommending this office to others.

This place deserves 0 stars. The people that work here are completely incompetent! After a few weeks of making an appointment for my daughter I called back to verify the time and they had no record of an appointment. They were able to reschedule her at a 5pm appointment. When we arrived for the appointment I saw that they close at 5 and they again had no record of her appointment! They then said they couldn't see anyways because she is 3 years old. They knew her age and date of birth everytime I called and could have saved me the trouble months in advanced. This on top of the fact that the employees barely speak enough English to understand the basics of what a patient needs. Don't waste your time considering going here!!!

Customer Service is horrible!!! I have never been to such an incompetent dental office before….front desk staff is super unprofessional and disrespectful!

I've had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed here. Very professional. Clean work space and fast service. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and caring.
