Horrible a terrible experience I went there again because I went there almost 10 years ago because my root canal fell out I called scheduled an appointment get there new bigger building more people I thought wow he really is worth the expensive bill again big mistake more people less personal interaction less care with clients then I get the appointment I ask if you take this insurance they said yes I get there and they don’t know which one you would think they have a week and half they could have called and verified no they didn’t I wait almost 2 hours before seeing the dental hygienist The dental hygienist was extra rough and constantly only speaking in Spanish knowing that I don’t speak Spanish how rude. Next I was given the bill and told the implant doctor only comes Fridays for the past almost 2 months it been constantly a reschedule I get there to find out the machine not working next the doctor been sick then now the doctor left earlier. I never before had to call a place and verify with them my appointment the places always called and verify two to three days before a scheduled appointment. They tried to lie and say we tried calling you previously they lied now he said next Friday at 5:00pm but I guarantee it will be some bull next week.

I came to them after a terrible experience with another dentist, and I the middle of a fast braces treatment. I reluctantly trusted them and after many months of treatments (from cleanings to orthodontia to fillings) I can confidently say that they have earned my trust.

Dr. Piedra is an excellent dentist, he treats you like family. His staff is also incredible, starting from the front desk, Yuniel is always looking to help you and accommodate your appointment at your best convenience, Maria and Millie are always helping with different payment options for everyone and making you laugh since the beginning of your appointment. What about the Assistants? Aida is so sweet that is impossible not to thank her for her way of treating you and Henry is always looking for ways to making you feel comfortable. I recommend this place with my eyes closed. I’m so happy that finally I found a dentist that takes care of me and my whole family! Thank you Dr. Piedra and staff!!!

The has been the best dentist office I have been to by far! I have had a phobia for any dental work for years and this office offers a variety of services to make you feel extra comfortable. Dr. Piedra is amazing! He is very patient and makes you feel right at home. Along with all the other staff. Always very welcoming and with a smile. I LOVE IT!!!!! After years of paying for dental insurance and putting everyone's needs ahead of mine, a friend recommended Dr. Rene Piedra and I made my appointment for a routine cleaning. I was extremely stressed. I knew without a doubt, I would need some sedation to get through my appointment. This office offers sedation to patients for a worry-free visit. My appointment turned into appointments. I had several cavities that needed to be worked on in two appointments - half and half. Dr. Piedra is fantastic! I did not need the sedation for either visit! He assured me I’d be ok and explained every step. Sure enough he was right! During my second appointment, Dr. Piedra offered to fix a front yellowed tooth. I have had a yellowing tooth since I was 11 from a fall when I bumped my mouth, I am 52. Although I was not self-conscious of my tooth, in this world of selfies and photographs, I was aware of it when I saw photos.
Okay let's do it! He explained it will not be perfect; my other front tooth has several shades. I am a graphics artist, I thought I would notice regardless but figured anything is better than yellow. I am thrilled with his work AND his staff are just as wonderful! He is gentle, patient and a perfectionist - which you want when correcting teeth. He is an amazing dentist! Dr.Piedra is by far the best Dentist I have ever visited. He is not only great with me but amazing with my daughter. He explains himself well and answers any concerns you may have. I have never been more comfortable at a dentist office. Dr. PIEDRA has excellent bed side manner and is very compassionate with his patients. I have been coming here for over two years and have undergone some very extensive dental work. They were able to perform procedures that every other dentist I had been to, was unable to do. Some of the work I have had done includes gum grafting, dental implants, and veneers. I get very anxious at the thought of any type of dental work, but they are always able to keep me feeling calm. I have also had several excellent cleanings as well. The staff is very professional and they really make you feel like family.

This is the first dentist office I have ever been to in my 24 years of existence that makes me genuinely happy. My experience was painless, AMAZING, and I never thought I would say this but I’m excited to come back. I had a bad cavity that multiple doctors have not been able to treat, but fortunately Rene was able to save my tooth! Thank you to the whole staff. I would 10000000000X recommend!!!!!!
