Dr. Jeff Yee and his office staff are awesome. Chelcie is a great hygienist—thorough and personable. I was impressed with the “amenities” available during the visit. I felt like I was there for a spa day! Lol

This office is impressive! Every correspondence has been polite, and they answer the phone like they are happy to help you. The office is clean, welcoming, and has a pleasant set-up and design. When I arrived for my appointment, I was called back for my cleaning within 2 minutes of taking a seat in the waiting area. They were quite informative and casted my dental images to one of the TVs in the exam room, so I could visually see what areas they were discussing with me. My hygienist was very personable and even offered to change the TV on the ceiling to increase my comfort. When the doctor came in to finish up my exam, he was extremely courteous, patient, and caring about what my concerns were and the solutions to resolving them. During checkout, the woman at the counter answered all of my questions without hesitation, and again, like she was actually happy to help. I have been to several dental offices in my lifetime, and I can truly say that I had NEVER left a dentist's office with such a delightful experience. I HIGHLY recommend that you give them a call and see for yourself! Thank you Thrive Dental Associates for providing such a wonderful experience.

I had a serious dental emergency and Thrive Dental was the only office in Northwest, FL that accepted me (a first-time patient) within 24-hours. This was a huge relief as everyone else told me it would be at LEAST 4 weeks. The receptionist truly showed concern and moved worlds to schedule me (despite a fully-booked calendar).
I filled out a patient form rating my high anxiety level and I can tell you—I have never experienced better bedside manner in my life. I don’t know how this office managed to recruit such an incredible team (receptionists, office assistants, dental hygienists) but I couldn’t be more grateful for them. They run this office so efficiently, you’re hardly ever waiting.
Dr. A is definitely a class-act and has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. She is considerate, non-judgemental and makes patient comfort (no pain, ever) her number one priority. She is extremely fast but thorough— something any busy person can appreciate. The before-and-after my teeth have been through over a short period is a testament to her abilities.
Whether you are new to the area or are trying to find a good dentist—you will NOT be disappointed with Thrive Dental!

I cannot say enough about the entire experience at Thrive Dental. The staff is great, the office is newly renovated, the equipment, including x-ray, are all the very latest technology. Dr Lee was awesome. He took the time to explain why a procedure was needed and he was very friendly and easy to talk with.They actually have processes that make your time spent in the office very efficient. I got an exam, x-rays and a deep cleaning all in about 2 hrs. Finally, they did not try and pressure me into spending thousands on a list of unnecessary work. They have integrity. I am so grateful to have found them! Oh, one more thing! They have a "comfort" list of about 10 items you can choose
from to make you more comfortable. A massage mat, a weighted blanket, earphones and a movie, a scented warm towel...

Massage chair was awesome! Clean and nicely decorated with tvs on the ceiling to watch while having dental work! Annie and Dr. Yee were awesome!
