The dentist and staff are great. The office is horrendous. They charged me several times for treatment that was not covered AFTER they did it, and never informed us. They charged us for missed appointment that we were not aware we had and never confirmed.. Then they sent us a bill with a copy of all their policies on missed appointments. Up until recently, we have had a great experience, but now , we've had enough.
