Dr Higgens is very good at communication with the patient. She demonstrated confidence and compassion throughout the process for preparing a crown. Never fun but sometimes necessary. She and her staff are very professional.

The care that I received today at Miramar Beach Dental & Orthodontics was OUTSTANDING. Alycia and the other staff members at the registration desk go above and beyond to make your experience very positive. As you enter the office the staff greets you with a smile, they are caring and share kind words such as 'so nice to see you Pam'. They are extremely helpful in offering support, answering questions and scheduling appointments.
Dr Higgins is PHENOMENAL. I have avoided dental care for years because of negative experiences as a child and young adult, however Dr. Higgins quickly changed that. She is professional, gentle, compassionate, and genuinely cares for and about her patients. She provides explanation about the care that is needed, as well as she provides explanation during procedures keeping you informed about what she is doing. Dr. Higgins ensures that you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure asking if everything is OK. She has a soft kind voice, a gentle touch, and a calm soothing demeanor.
The care that I received at Mirimar Beach Dental & Orthodontics exceeded my expectations and now I look forward to going to the dentist, seeing Dr. Higgins, my hygienist Jordan and the other amazing staff.

Hygienist was rough and arrogant. When asked if she could be more careful she actually got worse. Just by measuring the gym line, my mouth was bleeding and throbbing. I got up and left before the cleaning even started. I've never experienced anything like this before. Will not be going back!
