The one star that I have to give for writing this review goes to Karen in the office. I went in for an appointment after doing all the research I could on them, scheduling the appointment, and filling out the paperwork. At first, their office sounded really great and when they told me they had a periodontist on staff that does implants, I really thought, "Wow! This is it!" I went into their office and when they were getting ready to do the xrays the assistant told me that they needed to take photos of my teeth and upload them onto their computer. I told her I didn't want them to do that, because if their computers were hacked, the photos of my teeth along with my name could end up all over the Internet. A woman came in who I found out later was the office manager, and told me that I had to have the photos taken and that it was their policy in a berating kind of way. I repeated what I said about the photos ending up on the Internet. Then she said that she didn't think the office was for me. I told them that they wasted my time and I left. The office manager also smirked at me when I said my teeth were a private matter. I went to a nearby business for a service and talked to an employee there about what happened. He told me that he had been there a few times and they never asked to take photos of his teeth. I called the office and told Karen what he said. She said that everything is on a case by case basis which is NOT what I was told.

Not a good experience. They don't know what they're doing. I had a gum overlap my tooth in my lower right & was experiencing pain. The girl who took my xrays kept coming in & out of the room, bought another employee in the room asking questions about my xrays, as if she didn't know why I was experiencing pain. (my wisdom teeth have not came in yet) Unprofessional. Then the doctor came in & took a look, his solution was to remove the piece of gum overlapping my tooth, which wasn't a major procedure & costed about $400 w/ no insurance. Nope. I went to Aspen Dental instead & they told me I had gengivitis. (immflamation of gums) How was this dentistry not aware of this when I went for my consult? Waste of time & money for a useless appointment.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Adriana is the best. I received a few crowns that were pain free. She was very hands on throughout the process and made sure i felt comfortable.
