The Dentistry in Naples

Very welcoming and comforting doctors and staff. They did a great job making me feel comfortable from the first step into the office. They patiently explained every step of the procedures to gently guide me through the process. Highly recommend.

How do I start this review when I have a big fear of all dentist's since I was a kid? First I have to say how Doctor John has made all my visits from general cleaning to several implants as painless as it can be. I have been using "The Dentisry" now for over 7 years after having problems with other companies. The Dentisry treats you more like part of the family and truly care about the health of your teeth. I must also was very nice returning from after the shut down to see all the care that has been taken to remove any worry of contamination from the virus.
If you are new to our area or looking for a new and your last dentist give "The Dentistry" a call I am not related or personal friends with anyone from the Dentistry.

OK, I get it.... you have had bad experiences in the past, you have put off getting things taken care of because of either bad experiences in the past or the "Horror" stories that are out there from people that over exaggerate their past experiences.

Well, as one of those former people I can tell you first hand, The Dentistry of Naples is probably the most professional, and caring group I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know and provide the BEST care I have ever had.

Pain issues???? They have every option available to you so that they CAN get you NUMB. They are VERY OBSERVANT and care about your comfort. If you twitch, or eyes get big or flinch, EVERYTHING STOPS and they go after that nerve and get it numb! Comfort in this office is a priority!

Fear???? Fear not, they will talk to you and explain everything there are going to do BEFORE they do it. Relax, breathe, and listen to whatever music you like... they got it all.

Professional??? You bet! from the receptionist all the way to Dr John and Dr Sam you will not find a better group of caring and professional individuals. They treat you like family because that's what they are!

In my case, it was a pretty lengthy process... I was one of those "Nope. just take me out in the field and shoot me" kinda patients. I had been through it all, situations where they couldn't get me numb, doctors that would get angry because of it and throw the instruments, stuck and poked and even told not to come back there was nothing they could do for me....well you get the picture, I was pretty much a mess... but they didn't judge, they just said we can help!

Bottom line, I went in for a consult, left with all kinds of information, and assessment of what was going to need to be done, financing options, and a lot to think about on my own with no pressure. It took a little while for me to get back in there to them, because even though they went through everything and it all sounded great.... that little fear demon was still there.

From the very first time in the chair until they completed my 1 year plan I felt nothing but comfort and like I was "family" and that they would not let me ever feel like I was just another patient. I can be a bit of a character to deal with, I'm old, loud, and sometimes a little bit a pain to deal with..... but through it all, I have never met and dealt with a more professional and better group of people. They will ALWAYS be friends, and the people I turn to and recommend.

Professional comes in many shapes and sizes to different people, each of us have that 1 thing that is important to us. To me, it's the human element and experience. I don't need to know all the latin terms and professional lingo and jargon.... what I need to know is that you care and got me. That for this moment in time "I" am the most important thing that"s going on.

This is a place where YOUR feelings matter, where YOUR happiness matters, and most of all... YOUR comfort matters. They take pride in what they do and seeing you become a HAPPY and SMILING again! To me my friends, that's PRICELESS! Make your appointment today, Don't wait like I did, it's a joy to eat what I want and be able to smile again.. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Very good dentist!! I am from New York while I was in Naples I had a tooth that cracked and needed a cap . Doctor Sam did the work very professional and it was all completed in one day ! I was very satisfied with the work And I will definitely recommend friends !! And when I am in Naples this is My Dentist!!

I absolutely love going to the dentist now. After 40 years of being so scared, anxious, and terrified, I am now so relaxed , assured, and at ease every time I go to see Dr. John and his amazing staff. I'm here with a genuine smile, and leave satisfied with the work performed every time! Bravo!

I wish I had met Dr. Cancelliere and his team years ago. He fixed my worn-down front teeth I spent years hiding in a few short hours. And again, ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. The only pain felt was from hours and hours of smiling! Thank you Dr. John and Cheryl for making me smile again!

Best dentistry I have ever been to! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcomed! I would recommend this dentistry to anyone! They are very personable and makes sure you are comfortable and keep you informed all throughout the visit!

We had a decent first experience and that's pretty much where it ends. The hygienist did a super thorough job, HOWEVER front desk staff could use some SERIOUS training. We had a follow up cleaning scheduled for April 17th. That was obviously canceled and we called last week to reschedule. When I called, I spoke to Cindy (the dentists WIFE/MOTHER) whom has never been nice. This is what happened....

Cindy proceeded to tell me that I needed to be patient and wait for the office to call and reschedule. She also mentioned that they weren't the ones that canceled the appointments, it was the state.... I then said that we would just like to get in before the end of the summer (its mid may now btw). She replied by saying we weren't the only ones with special requests and that if we wanted to be guaranteed to get in before the end of the summer, then I should perhaps find another office. WHO SAYS THAT!!!!!! I asked her if she enjoys being rude and nasty to her husband and sons patients. She replied by saying thanks for the feedback.

I then requested a phone call from the office manager- which I received. After we spoke, I asked to speak to Dr. Sam (the son). A weeks has gone by, and I have yet to receive a phone call. Glad we weren't too invested in the practice. Speaks volumes about the practice if they are okay with a grumpy old lady to be at the forefront of their business.

Always enjoy coming here, the staff is great.

We have looked at many dentist groups when we moved to Naples. We are very pleased that we chose the Dentistry in Naples. They are very professional and care for their patients.

Was visiting Naples from out of town. Got an appointment to come within 20 minutes of making a call complaining of a toothache. It was determined the tooth was cracked and would have to come out. A transplant of bone was also preformed which I was sure was more time then was planned in the original appointment. The doctor and staff were very professional and I can't say enough about the service. If I lived in Naples full time, this would be without question my new dentist.
