This is a very nice dental office. It's clean and bright; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable; and their care is very reasonably priced if you don't carry dental insurance. I highly recommend it.

Has been amazing they are always their anytime I need them..They have restored my smile and I can't be thankful enough.Dr Mass is a true professional I have always had a fear of dentists and he is the only one I would ever trust.Heather and the whole staff are rockstars

I honestly used to love this dentist office, but after the way I was treated by the receptionist, Heather, whom if you read other reviews, have a history of being rude, and the Dr Mas this morning, I will never be returning, nor will the other members of my family. Dr Mas was so rude while putting on my cap, that I had to sit up and ask if he was intentionally trying to make me as uncomfortable as he was. He said it was because he had a cold......
I waited too long to get my parmanant put on, yes. Only because the first time they they tried putting it on, it didn’t fit. So when the second one came in, being a single mother and working full time, it was hard to find the time to come in. I still find this to be no reason why I was treated the way I was. I wish this business luck, because with how rude they are, I highly doubt success in the future.

This dentist and his staff are unprofessional, unethical, poorly skilled, liars and cheaters. They billed me by contacting my husband, which I am being certain violates my HIPAA rights, and charging him for 2 root canals when the dentist was only capable of performing one to completion. They had charged me prior to trying to do the work but when determined that the dentist did not have the necessary skills, they ultimately refused to return my money. I therefore stopped payment on my check. They threatened and intimidated my husband into providing his credit card to pay my bill which they had knowingly inflated including telling him that he and/or I would be arrested if he declined. I was not home at the time so he could not talk to me to verify the charge. When I requested my file, the clinical notes were filled with lies and inappropriate information including the dentist stating he was not able to complete the one root canals partially because I could not open my mouth enough. But apparently, I was able to open my mouth to do the easier root canal on the tooth next to the it. The stuff that was written was also creepy including but not limited to, I was drinking a cup of coffee that I had made from the coffee maker in the lobby and bringing a diet coke. In the billing summary they sent, it shows the partial amount that should have been refunded to me as the "check stop payment charge." It was hundreds of dollars even though it actually cost the office $12 according to their own records! Lastly, this dentist is the most painful dentist I have ever been to. He was not capable of identifying and using the proper dosage of numbing medication. I would imagine he is trying to save money. I want the office to refund $910 for work they charged but did not complete. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!

Horrible experience!!! Deceptive advertising! When I pointed out that they overbilled my husband and did not advise us their small print "restrictions" - I got yelled at by the front office rude female receptionist! Horrible attitude! So not like Southwest Florida! Never had a chance to meet the doctor! But if he did not come out to check why she was yelling...I'll go find another...
