I was sort of on the cusp of rating this 3 stars, but I'll give credit where credit is due. I was referred here from Hurlburt to get some fillings. I spent a long time with awkward silence with my Ortho tech assistant further fueling my anxiety for a procedure I haven't had done in 13 years. I don't feel like I really had a good idea of what was being done in my mouth, I'm not sure if it was because it might be viewed as scary or graphic while it was being done, but I would have preferred the orthodontist just give me an idea of how the procedure of how it was going, how long it might be, any extra work that might be done. All in all, the work done was good, no complications, they were receptive when I needed more numbing--front desk was nice to me, just wish there was some more communication between the patient and the team doing the procedures. (And maybe the tech assistant could be a little more gentle with the saliva drainer thing instead of trying to swab the back of my throat with the thing.) Could just be me, I'd give this place a thumbs up.
Edit: I forgot to add that the orthodontist was honest in giving me a recommendation for finding a pediatric orthodontist, so I appreciate that

They did extra work that was not discussed or approved that made the bill go up but overcharged and had to refund us the overpayment, my wife's crown was done wrong the first time which left her in pain for several days, they didn't catch my 5 year old's crowded teeth causing cavities between her molars which ended up in 8 crowns being done by a pediatric destist in FWB, and now my 9 year old chipped a tooth during soccer and no one responded to our text for almost an hour where the response was "she should be OK, someone from the office will call to schedule you tomorrow".
