The entire staff was super friendly and sweet with my girls! They played with the baby and helped my toddler stay calm and enjoy her first dental appointment. I love that I was able to go back and sit with my girl and hold her hand and everyone was supportive, friendly and truly made our first dental appointment a great experience. They are a bit of a drive for us but they are totally worth it!

Last week my daughter was in so much pain she couldn’t sleep through the night so I called around and nobody could get us in for over a week. A coworker recommended Marcantonio and I am so glad she did. They were able to get me in the same day and said they would be able to work me in, they got us in within 10 minutes and were absolutely amazing. My daughter ended up needing some work done today and they were amazing at explaining everything to me. We live about an hour away from their office, but I will make the drive to be able to get my daughter taken care of. I appreciate the whole team here!

While I feel this is a great office for neurotypical children, I’ve started to lose faith in how to handle their patients with exceptionalities. I feel as though they would benefit maybe further educating themselves on the topic. My sons ability has now twice been underestimated and the wording they used to explain themselves is honestly unprofessional. I left in tears today because I was yet again reminded my son is different. Last year my son needed fillings. The price for the sedation they recommended was just extremely expensive. Something I couldn’t justify spending for 2 cavities. After speaking with my insurance I found out nitrous is covered for children on the spectrum. So I decided to ask if we could go that route. The email I got back still bothers me to this day. A portion of it read, “ I spoke with Dr. Cathy and taking into consideration how your child did during the cleaning coupled with his health history, this is not her recommended treatment. However, she is willing to make an attempt with nitrous oxide.
As we discussed, please be prepared that the visit will be unproductive. This treatment is involved and requires your child to sit still for a long period of time (at least an hour).”. I know my sons capabilities, I knew he would be able to do it. But the way I was spoken to, they had already made their mind up he was going to fail. Which he didn’t. He actually sat like a champ, dare I say better than some neurotypical children have.
Fast forward a year and we are here again. 2 cavities needing filled. Getting my son to the office is hard. He’s anxious on the way. Once he’s there he’s fine, he gets through the visit. I asked if we could do the fillings in one visit instead of the 2. Statements like, “it’s hard doing it on a kid doing cartwheels in my chair, and especially hard with kids like him” Like him. Those words hurt so much. He is a child no less deserving of a chance. I know my son’s capabilities. So all I could say is he may surprise you. Why is it you are making assumptions based off his diagnosis and not off his abilities? I hope for future visits my son’s capabilities are no longer questioned. He deserves to be treated better.
I would add though, the hygienist’s he has had have been great with him. Always explaining what they are doing and keeping him comfortable. I appreciate them.

My toddler cracked his tooth around 3pm one day and was in pain. We had only taken him to a family dentist not an actual pediatric dentist and the family dentist couldn't do anything. We took him to Marcantonio probably 20 minutes before they closed with no appointment, no insurance they accepted, and never been seen there before and they took him back immediately. They were absolutely incredible with him and he is not the easiest to work on! I will never be able to thank them enough for helping us. I would suggest them to any parent that would listen!

I don't usually post reviews. But this place was so unprofessional. My son has sensory problems so we had to be referred out for his treatment. This place would not answer the phone return messages or emails making son wait almost a year to be seen altogether it was a nightmare. They wouldn't even answer my sons doctors messages. They were just a joke. We finally ended up switching agencies and thank God we did. We got in the same week and are having his teeth taken care of the next week. This place is ridiculous. This being my first time dealing with a child specialty dentist I thought this might have been normal. But since I have now seen a different one. I am very upset that this company couldn't just tell me that they didn't have the time to treat my son.

Very pleased with our service! The dentist is very informative and absolutely great with kids. The ladies up front always explain the bill, the following appointment and what your insurance will or will not cover. I've never been happier with a dentist for my children!

My boys don't fear the dentist, even after my youngest had some work done. Let them do their job and the kids will relax and be in good hands. 👍

Called to schedule my child an appt this morning, Elizabeth answered my call and during used the word “ret*rded.” Completely unexpected and unacceptable, especially for a pediatric dentistry office. Cancelled my appt and found a different dentistry practice to treat my child.
