After my visit, I could see why this dental facility is so highly rated! I've been trying to be seen by a dentist for months for tooth pain and was starting to lose hope. I called Allin Family Dental and after explaining that I believe my tooth pain was an emergency they were able to book me in two weeks. Which was a godsend for me, someone waiting months for an appointment with other dentist offices and still never received a call back from those offices because they were low staff or/and that booked up. But anywho, Allin Family Dental got me schedule two weeks after I called for an emergency appointment. When I arrived every staff member I encountered was very friendly (which is, unfortunately, not a very common thing to find in the healthcare profession anymore). They found the reason for my tooth pain, which I knew the cause of but thought they would only recommend an oral surgeon for me because it was a wisdom tooth. Every other dental office would avoid it like the plague when I mention it over the phone(which was really upsetting because I know not every dentist works on wisdom teeth but I couldn't get a schedule with an oral surgeon without a referral). But no, the lady said they work on wisdom teeth and they were able to take it out that day!! I was so relieved! The dentist was super friendly as well. The, I believe, hygienist or assistant who was working with him was so friendly and stayed with my fiance and I while waiting for my numbing medicine to kick in and was a pleasure to chat with. The removal was painless and so far I'm healing really well! And I have Medicaid which they don't take but the membership program they have for billing is amazing! I paid way less than I thought I would. The details of that membership program is on their website and explained clearly, easy to understand. I'm so grateful I came across this dentist and his amazing staff! I wish I was able to remember names better to properly thank everyone but thank you all for a great experience! I will definitely continue to go for all dental needs.

Dr. Allin continues to provide great dental service. Dental technology is incredible. Painfree, reasonable cost. There are Dental plans available. The person in charge of Insurance Coverage is Connie. Very knowledgable of coverages. The thing that impresses me is how quickly I knew what I owed. My bill to pay off the balance owed
There have been times after leaving a Dentist office I had no idea what was owed and what was covered.
The hygienist Jackie as usual great cleaning. The Practice tries to keep the patient and same hygentist together for ongoing treatments
