BEWARE of real charges!
I recently changed to this office. I don't have any issues with Dr. C. but I have real problems with office staff who handles the real charges vs. Insurance coverage.I was given a breakdown of the cost of my procedures,insurance coverage and my responsibilty. Well, it is totally wrong!
My insurance coverage is not what they told me. I have learned to never accept "Proposed Treatment Plan"charges.
I will now have dentist office send out "Predetermination" to my insurance before doing anything on my teeth!
I am so irritated with this office and how they handled this. I don't think I want to return.
