The review above was my initial response from a few months ago. Unfortunately, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this practice. Clearly, I have had great experiences and have been a patient since 2009. However, I just had an unpleasant experience with Sue in the front desk, and when I asked to speak to the dentist when he was able to, she said that the dentist does not speak to patients.
Over the 13 years of being a patient, I have referred many people over to the practice since it is so close to Waterford Lakes, but I will be telling them to make a longer drive for better customer service and apparently for doctors who are willing to speak to patients.
