I've gotten a cleaning here twice. Both times, the process was seamless. I've never felt more at ease while going to the dentist. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and friendly, and the gift bag I was given after each visit was both a nice gesture and helpful in keeping my teeth clean (the toothbrushes are also really comfortable to hold and use). Overall, it's a great and easy experience. I'd recommend it to anyone, but especially for people who usually don't enjoy going to the dentist.

I’ve been treated like family since my first visit over 5 years ago. Dr. G and his staff have always been incredibly accommodating of my busy and unpredictable schedule. My teeth have undergone such a wonderful transformation! I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

On Sunday night I cracked my tooth really badly. I was referred to Lake Lucerne Lifestyle Dentistry. They saw me promptly the next day. I spoke to Madeline who was concerned and fit me in. I have never really had dental issues, they were very informative and kind. They saved my tooth and it looks perfect. I would 100% recommend them for your dentistry needs. I love Dr. G. & Madeline as well as the rest of the staff there. So competent and caring while addressing all of my needs. Dr. G. is gentle and mindful of my many dental issues as an older patient. Madeline signed me up for a great dental insurance plan so that I can afford to have this amount of work done. Best thing I've ever done for my health. They treat me like I'm a family member. MY dentist for life!! I hear from someone there regularly and even if I leave a message after hours they contact me quickly. TRUST and INTEGRITY through and through. They NEVER disappoint.

By far the best practice in Central Florida,. My entire family, I mean; husband, 2 sons, sister, nieces e nephews, have been seen and cared for by Lake Lucerne Lifestyle Dentistry for almost 4 years. I have recommended them to so many friends and family members, they all thank me later.
They are not a big corporation with numbers to achieve. The dentists are the owners and I don’t feel like I a number anymore, in fact they make me feel that the best results of my treatment really matter them.
The office is so clean, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable which give them the ability to make me feel so comfortable that fears disappears.
They have all the best tools the latest technology has to offer.
I need heavy dental work, which involves; braces or invisalign, wisdom teeth extraction, implants, crowns, and veneers, I finally made the decision to go ahead and start it. They never push, Dr G and Dr Loss dedicated themselves to planning a treatment tailored to me, based on the results of my sister’s dental work recently performed by them, I am sure that I will soon have my dreamed-up SMILE.
I am so thankful for what they've already done for my family and me.

The care provided by Lake Lucerne Dentistry is superb. I am always treated with kindness and respect. The entire team is very knowledgeable and gentle. I seem to have unique issues with my teeth and Dr. G always makes time for me with compassion and understanding. I feel loved by the team.

I highly recommend Lake Lucerne Lifestyle Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist. You'll be amazed at the professionalism and extremely thorough exams. The staff are very courteous and treat you like your part of the family!

We are so thankful for this amazing group of talented Dentists. They are miracle workers. They have done so much for me with the implants. They are the best of the best. I can never thank them enough for the beautiful smile they have given me.

Took way too long just for x-rays and it wasn't clear that not even a cleaning would be done on the appointment. Only the imaging and care plan.

Also, previously my wife went there and the way they work with insurance is you pay the full amount and then they file a reimbursement on your behalf so your insurance pays you back.

Except it had been weeks since they had done that and I didn't receive any reimbursement check.

When they checked the reason, it was because the insurance payed them instead of me. They apologized and reimbursed me on the spot, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
