I went awhile back, pulled my tooth for less than anyone else & worked me right in. I was so impressed, my dad went to him & he made partials for him & turned out great. On my visit he explained the different options & prices. I read the review about an unfair bill, I really don't understand that. It's a business, he was clear about the price & I paid before he started. He took out a difficult tooth, it didn't fall out, he made a painful situation as painless as possible. He's a big & sorta burly kind of guy. He doesn't candy coat stuff.I didn't need some candy ass flitting around. It took strength to pull my tooth. I will go back definitely

Worse dentist I have ever been to. They are liars and also do a terrible job. They gave a not justified bill to collections that is now on my credit report. When I tried numerous times to talk to them and get matters resolved they always hung up on me. Horrific experience!!! I do not recommend this place!!! There are plenty of better dentist

I experienced direct unpleasantries and permanent injuries from Dr. Cole who projected an icy and a rude demeanor during my surgery.
Dr. Cole had poor bedside manners that reflected rudeness, cold attitudes, inadequate listening skills, belittling and a complete disregard for my dental fears.
As a patient I came in scared and nervous about the surgery.
Dr. Cole treated me simply like a piece of meat on a slab. Dr. Cole disregard the fact th
at I was an actual real live human being attached to the body part he was working on. The office equipment was prehistoric. The waiting room smelled awful. The carpet had gross stains and the waiting room chairs looked like something you would find in
a dumpster. Beware!

There is not another dentist in Pensacola who I would put my trust in. Dr. Cole and his wonderful staff have been outstanding. My eleven year old child cannot wait to visit them for a check up! That says it all.

got me in on a 2 hour notice when no one else would even think about seeing me within several days.exray and extract and out the door he fixed my problem faster than i ever expected he will be my dentist from now on. could not be happier if he paid me to be thank you to the whole office.very glad i found him

He was courteous and polite. Took the time to get to know me and I felt very welcomed. The office is cozy and as a whole the atmosphere was very welcoming.
The most important thing though is that his work is phenomenal!

Not impressed at all. Didn't really get the family friendly feeling while I was there. The Dr. Was extremely rude and arrogant. He insulted my prior dentist several times which I thought was very unprofessional.
