Do not go to this dentist office. I will never go back! I will never recommend them.
I went for a cleaning, check up & to address sensitivity issue in the upper teeth/front/right corner.
1. The staff kept trying to sell me overpriced items: electric toothbrush for $130 and toothpaste for $20. (Amazon sells electric toothbrushes for $40!!)
2. Their suggested treatment:
- 4 veneers on my front teeth. Overpriced = $2900 (my dental insurance does not cover veneers)
- Did NOT even address or suggest anything for the sensitivity
- TOTALLY missed that I need a root canal on the upper/right tooth!
- Rude staff. They gave me a time when I tried to get my dental x-rays sent to my new dentist office for a second opinion.
I have since gotten a second opinion from a very competent & ethical dentist. Turns out I need a root canal in the area that Delicate Dentistry DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT OR ADDRESS. (How can a competent Dr miss the need of a root canal??)
My new dentist also let me know I DO NOT NEED 4 VENEERS on my front teeth (veneers would be totally unnecessary!! Purely cosmetic & overpriced) New dentist suggested replace composite on that front tooth instead of a veneer.
EVERYTHING recommended by my new dentist is covered by my dental insurance.
