My experience today was exceptional. All of the staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough with my evaluation, communicated well, and gave me good advice about how to proceed with my dental needs.
I had previously had a very upsetting exchange on the phone with the person who called to confirm my appointment. I have chosen to chalk it up to just a bad day at the workplace and re-evaluate my review. While I am not happy with the very short notice (less than 24 hours) I received about the need for income verification, I have no complaints at all about my visit today. All the staff did an excellent job.

I’m usually terrified to go to the dentist. I had to get one of my front teeth pulled and honestly it was fast and the dentist was very motivational. She talked me through it and keep me calm and she was also the first woman dentist I’ve had. But it was an amazing experience!

I had a great experience with my first time visit, wait was not long and the staff all where very nice to me, the tech was sweet and helpful, and DMD Wells was amazing!!!🙏🙏🙏🤗 She explained everything and made so comfortable. Came back for my second visit for my cleaning with the hygienist Dana, she was awesome!! Did a great job and also made me feel very comfortable. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to going to the dentist, had bad experiences in the past, but now I have confidence again with my new Dentist! Thank you ladies for your help. Thank you again!

I've been extremely happy with the service I have received. Dr. Wells truly cares for her patients and it shows. Have patience with scheduling because they are booking a few months out but it's really worth the wait!

Wife went to these people, incredibly rude and Unprofessional front desk and techs. The assistant taking x-rays was more concerned with her lunch than her patient. Overall rude and I professional, save yourself and do not go here. Only saving grace of this place is the one hygienist who actually seemed to put some care and compassion into her job, hopefully she moves on to a better office because this one does not deserve it.

I had a great experience at Azalea Dental! The staff was always friendly and the service was excellent. Dr. Pairot is an excellent dentist there. He explains everything he is doing as well as the rationale for why he is doing it. They not only got my oral health to a great place but also did a little work to perfect my smile; all at an excellent price. I'm thrilled with my experience there.

I went in for an infected tooth my face was swelling and I could barely talk without taking Tylenol which barely put a dent in the pain. When I asked about antibiotics I was told I didn’t need them, and that they couldn’t do anything for me. They were going to give me a referral letter with a list of dentists that could help me. Couldn’t give it to me there, for whatever reason they had to mail it. I never even got it, horrible experience. All of this for $55, never going back.

Went in for a dental emergency as I have a broken tooth. They couldn't do anything for me and gave me a referral to a dentist school said maybe they can help you. Dentist halady, very rude and maybe spent 2 minutes in the room with me. All she did was poke my tooth once and then proceed to tell me they are not capable of doing a root canal or extraction and to go some where else. Waste of time and money! I guess all they can do is xrays and cleanings.....
