I was so impressed with Dr McCaslin and her staff (Christy Kim and Shannon?front desk) everyone was so nice, professional and knowleable. I'm so glad I picked them. I'm going back for more treatments and I highly recommend them.

Lets start with I hate, beyond normal person hating, going to the dentist. Dr McCaslin at Expressions made it so much better then I thought i could hope for. Her and her staff were understanding, knowledgable and genuinely nice to be around. I dont think there was a thing I would have changed about the experience.

Please stop the added $10 Covid fee to visit when you don’t even apply the mouth rinse any more. It’s pretty much a money stealing gimmick to just take from customers.
During Covid we were given a small mouth rinse to kill any germs and they charged $10 out of pocket for the “bio hazard fee”.
Had my appt on 7.19.22 and there was no rinse given. Upon leaving they charged the same out of pocket $10. I questioned the person at the desk (brown hair) got a bunch attitude and said, “it’s our policy and the doctors want to charge everyone the bio hazard fee”. I said nothing was done. No rinse or any kind of bio anything.
She continued with the attitude and said I would be billed and they would come after me if not paid.
I can tolerate the overcharge( it’s actually disclosed on their site that they will over charge and you need to pay out of pocket) on most things because of the service levels. But this crossed the line. We are now looking for a new dentist.
I hope Dr Mcauslin and team are putting the $10 fee to good use. Unbelievable!

Best dentist I've ever had! Office staff are just as good and dental assistants are very qualified. My past dental experience hasn't been very good so I was thrilled to find this office and the work they have done for me.
