After looking for a new dentist office in Atlanta, I found Dentristy for Midtown. So far my visits have been quick, comfortable, and easy. The staff makes me feel right at home, they are transparent about costs of services, and I can tell everyone there is passionate about their work. They also are extremely educational and explain the work they are doing as they do it. The office is super clean and cute. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Awesome office! Resort like setting and a professional staff. You can tell your health is always a main concern. Dr. Koch and her staff are the best Dental experience I’ve had at any office. Highly Recommend!

I am sure that people have anxiety just thinking about the dentist. I was the same way. However, I took a chance with this office and oh my, best experience ever. I had Dr. Mandani, she was amazing. No pain and made sure to keep checking on me during my procedure. Her assistant Hanna is equally amazing. She held my hand to calm my anxiety. The front of the house was very patient with my insurance and even getting me qualified for financing. The miracle worker for that was Ms. Elizabeth. She even called and followed up the next day. Let's just say I love this office and everyone there. They do not treat you like a patient but like family. I'm already scheduled to get more work done.

I came in to get 2 teeth extracted and my experience was nothing special but I paid more than $1000. After my procedure, the receptionist that was handling my payment was was extremely unprofessional and made crude jokes which made me uncomfortable. She also dismissed without finishing my business because I expressed I was in pain. So, after getting 2 teeth pulled out of my mouth, she didn’t have enough training as a dentist office worker to understand and have empathy that I was in pain and still treat me like a patient. Fast forward, I called in to make an appointment to have a consultation for braces and the receptionist as well as someone named Elizabeth were incredibly unhelpful and rude. The way they spoke to me was again dismissive, condescending and patronizing and I feel that they disconnected the call at one point on purpose. There was no professionalism in my experiences with these employees on multiple occasions and I will be taking my business somewhere else where I feel more comfortable and trusting of the staff.

I had an appointment Monday at 7 AM. I made the 30 minute drive and was told their system was down once I got there, and so my appointment would have to be cancelled. Fine. Next day, I got a call asking me to reschedule. I ask if I could get a discount (their policy is that "all same day cancellations will incur a non-refundable $100 broken appointment charge" for patients). The person on the phone proceeds to claim they tried calling me and I didn't answer. I pull up my call record and there is nothing, tell them to substantiate their claim. Nothing. I then get told that everyone that morning had their appointment cancelled and that I should not complain.

I can not dislike a practice more than these folks. They VASTLY overcharge for services and handle insurance poorly to the point I had to pay $200 for a teeth cleaning for the first time in my life even though I have solid insurance. They also told me I NEEDED work on my teeth to the tune of nearly $3000. My insurance of course told them no, but only after they performed the procedure meaning I was paying out of pocket. Previously I had a credit for $100's of dollars because they over billed me. This was a great practice when it was on Juniper but since they moved the entire staff seems to have turned over and seem to be money grabbing in order to make up lost time during covid.

I need to share my experience. I had a cavity filled here in 2021 while pregnant and after the filling I experienced sever sensitivity and pain. I went back twice complaining of my severe pain and they looked at my teeth and said everything was normal. I was in such bad pain I just took Tylenol and I even went to a TMJ surgeon thinking it maybe TMJ. The pain eventually stopped.

Fast forward 2022 I have another cavity filled with them, the numbing agent wasn’t working. I had severe pain once again following the filling. I went back and they offered me a sensitivity treatment and told me they don’t know what’s wrong.

At this point I’m In severe pain and I realize they’re clueless. I go to another dentist, Amy Dairies in Roswell, she does a scan of my jaw and finds two SEVERE infections in the root of my teeth( both teeth that they filled cavities) that have travelled to my JAW BONE deteriorating the bone and I need EMERGENCY surgery to remove the teeth or get a root canal.

$4000 later I finally have the infection removed which had been there since almost 2 years and I Am utterly shocked how this dental practice was so NEGLIGENT. They shouldn’t even be in practice. Please for your own safety go somewhere else.

Pretty convenient parking sometimes good sometimes not so good but the staff is very cool from the girl. Who’s at the desk to the other associates. Everybody treats you very well you’re in and out of there on time. Very nice clean office. Space yes I definitely recommend it.
