My first visit was absolutely awesome. It wasn’t a long wait and front desk was very professional and greeted me soon as I walked in. I went for a constellation, but end up getting a few teeth pulled at my first visit. I was so thankful to ever get fast service like that. I found my dentist and I will continue to go there. Thank you so much dr.felps you made me feel at home and welcomed. He made sure I was comfortable and talk me through my whole procedure. If I could rate a ten they deserve it🥰💜

Called in pain with fear of infection. They got me in the next day. I have severe medical anxiety and Dr Brandt and her staff was very understanding. She put me on antibiotics and referred me to annoral surgeon so I can be put to sleep while the bad teeth are pulled. I highly recommend.

I had teeth pulled and had a partial made, loved my doc! Dr. Felts.....no pain at all! I had to do several sessions and every time it went smoothly.

Four days ago I started having a problem with my wisdom tooth. There was so much pain I could only drink liquids and eat no solid food. I could not see them Friday as they were closed. Left message over the weekend and called to set up an appointment. Told them my issues and shared with them the pain I was having. I planned to fix the problem because of the pain. After 15 minutes with the Doctor I was told that I had to see their "specialist" and it would be a month from now. The consultation was $75.00 and still I am on liquids. You go to a dentist to fix a problem, not to have them agree with you that you have a problem, and tell you to come back later. Is this the kind of service you want? I asked for the cost to have tooth removed and of course what additional work on gums would cost. They could/would not give me an answer.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed and an extra one in the back, getting put under wasn't an option since I'm 5 months pregnant. They did such a wonderful job making sure that I wasn't in pain, and it was super quick! It was a must I give a review! A few of the staff members could learn to be a little more pleasant, the majority were professional and nice.

The front office staff and the dentists themselves aren't bad.
I had three teeth extracted.
However, I was prescribed a narcotic pain reliever afterwards that I had said, several times, that I am allergic to.
I will absolutely own the fact that I took all meds, as prescribed, without even looking at what they were. I am an adult and absolutely should have known WHAT I was ingesting. That is MY failure.
But when the office called me afterwards and I told Olivia about my violent allergic reaction and that my mouth is oozing pus, she said she'd call me back.
She did not.
She had Amy call me back.
Amy was immediately rude and defensive. She claims no one knew about my allergy, even though I wrote it on my paperwork and discussed it with the office staff several times.
When I called her out on her defensiveness, she asked what I wanted.
I told her that some empathy and an apology seemed in order, but that that was obviously not part of her job description. She said that it was. I told her that she was failing and asked to speak to her supervisor. She said that she WAS the supervisor, and there is no one over her.

Based on that information, I would NEVER recommend this dentistry office. No matter how great the rest of the staff is, if that's the "top dog" and the best they've got, you should steer clear.

Not professional at all. I won’t name drop other doctor offices out of respect for their privacy but know that ALL of Brunswick hates this establishment. The orthodontist has sent several pieces of information to them & they respond to no avail. Don’t care attitude, not all but the office manager needs a customer service course including a couple of people who handle phone calls. Mind you, they broke my baby girl’s(15 year old sophomore)tooth 3 times before they stopped and said they needed to refer her to the oral surgeon which took 3 months & only because the orthodontist can’t fully treat her with the bracket off. Oh, did I mention she was in pain & they didn’t even advise nor give a prescription for the pain they left her in. Yes, I’ve taken her & her brother to a more compassionate dentist office here & will NEVER look back. I guess Medicaid patients get different treatment by them but karma will have her day. They’re no longer my problem.

I got 5 teeth pulled here. Two crowded teeth and 3 wisdom teeth. I had Dr. Carlson ( I think that's how his name is spelled, not sure. If not I apologize) he is an amazing doctor. He is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of and answers any concerns you have. His staff is also amazing, I ended up in a lot of pain after my surgery and they got me an apt. Fast and ended up having a dry socket they fixed it and I am very grateful and I love Morrison dental.

Morrison dental A+++
Once again, Morrison dental took great care of me. Excellent and experienced head dentists/doctors on sight. Took all my pain away. Prices combined with my insurance is very affordable, if not the best I've ever seen. Thanks to Morrison dental for coming to the rescue and fixing my teeth. Forever grateful.

I am long-time customer of Morrison Dental Associates and have always found Dr. Kennedy a wonderful, caring dentist. However, when I needed an implant I was referred to 'Dr. Carson' who is now the in-house dental surgeon (previously people were referred to Dr. Capes on St. Simon's who is fantastic). After my surgery with Dr. Carson on 2/14/19 I complained repeatedly that I was in a lot of pain but he assured me there was no problem and that the implant was 'perfectly situated'. Apparently they had no open spots for my follow-up in March and the desk assistant told me he'd said to 'just book me in for June.' I was in so much pain, couldn't eat properly and losing weight. In desperation I returned to Dr. Capes who, following an examination and X-Ray explained that the rod 'Dr. Carson' put in had perforated my sinus cavity - not only that, but there was also a fragment of tooth left behind from the extraction prior to rod insertion. I have telephoned repeatedly but have had no reply from Morrions. The charge for implant surgery is no small amount and I had to pay for Dr. Capes to remove the improper rod and tooth fragment and also for a bone transplant to patch where the rod had been pushed right through the sinus cavity. I am a retiree and thought Morrisons would consider a refund as my surgery was extremely expensive yet such a disaster and I am having to pay all over again to have it done correctly, but to date they have refused to return my call. I would have left no stars if it were an option. I will never return to Morrisons Dental. How can someone who treats patients like this be in practice?
