Amazing customer service! This very busy dental office looks like a refurbished home and it's got a cozy feel inside. As a brand new patient it was different (in a very good way) than the chain dental offices that I am used to. The whole check up and cleaning process went smoothly, the cleaning was done very gently ( I would recommend for my Grandmother to come here for a cleaning!). If you are looking for a local professional, I highly recommend!!

This was my first time at this office. Everyone was so pleasant! Dentist was a trip! Such a sense of humor. The sweet lady who did my X-rays was able to squeeze in my cleaning when they figured out they were ahead of schedule for the day. So happy to be a patient here now!

Once again Dr. Bill came to the rescue today! … so I’m ready to enjoy the holidays without a depressing dental issue haunting me.
Of all the (many) dentists I’ve had over the years, he has been consistently the most competent, fair and pleasant to have been treated by. He seems to stay abreast of the newest, most effective techniques and materials, and has really earned my confidence.
They office staff and assistants have always been great and they seem to run a tight ship around there. Always a smooth and helpful experience at Canton Heights. Thumbs up all the way!

Dr. Bill’s chair-side manner is impeccable. He is kind, warm, sympathetic and empathetic. He actually listens!!! I wish I could go to him for everything. He is very funny. His office staff is awesome and clearly reflected in him. I wish I had the words to fully describe how I feel. Enough gushing - I think everyone should be going to this office.

Great friendly staff. Always on time and no delays/waiting. Short a tech today but still got me in and out quickly. The doctor is also very concerned about our overall health and seeing that our dental care is the best.

Just finished with my second appointment and I could not be any happier with the service and professionalism. I need to get an adjustment on my partial as it never fit quite right. I am leaving town for a family reunion and everyone working there are bending over backwords to make sure my smile looks good. They are working with a 2 week time frame and are very much on the ball.
