I’ve been a patient of Dr Denamur for over 25 years and never had a problem BUT when they changed over to Dental Partners, I was so disappointed. I was charged $269 (instead of $30) due to not informing me that both insurance was no longer accepted in their office. When I asked to speak was Ms De—-, I was told she will call me, but 2 months later, no conversation. This is a poor way to handle dedicated patients. I had to find a new facility and disappointed of the lack of concern or compassion!!!

After 27 years of being with Dr. DeNamur I find out he no longer accepts my insurance by receiving a bill. Total patient abandonment! Find someone who cares and staff who lets you know before coming in for your appointment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called this place a month ahead to make my appointment. They said they accepted my insurance. I even sent my insurance cards for me and my kids over that same day, a month early. I had to take the day off work, which is hard for me to do. They called me to confirm the appointment the day before. I get there and they have not scanned in my insurance from the email. She runs a check to see if our insurance is good, does not close the window and proceeds to recite my sons name and social security number all while there is another person in the lobby. Is that not a HIPPA violation? Then calls me to the window to say that take my insurance, but not that particular plan, but they can set me up to make payments on my own. Why would I do that? You could have looked this up the day I sent my insurance instead of having me waste my time. I don't know when I will be able to get another day off and I've had it wasted. I see why they have a 3.5 in reviews.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. DeNamur didn’t hesitate to take me to handle my emergency. The staff was super friendly, the wait time wasn’t long and Dr. DeNamur was perfect. My filling took no time and he made sure I was comfortable. He asked me a lot of questions and listened to me. If you’re looking for a new dentist Dr. DeNamur is your person.

I saw your associate Dr. Tharce at your office. I got what I consider outstanding care from him and the his assistant on both occasions. He worked very hard on a difficult tooth and I appreciate his drive and dedication to get me set up in the right direction to save my tooth and my smile.

I’ve been to several dentists in my lifetime & I’ve had some VERY traumatic experiences BUT Dr. DeNamur is so kind and so gentle he has completely cured me from my anxiety and I’m looking forward to going back to finish my treatment. I have NEVER been to a dentist & had a pain free experience . I had to ask him if he’d stuck me with needles yet to numb my mouth b/c I didn’t feel any of it at all. He is very caring & THE BEST dentist I’ve ever been to for treatment. I’ve had a lot of work done over the years so believe me I know a great dentist when i see one. I highly recommend him & his staff was super nice as well. Dr. DeNamur I can not thank you enough for your professionalism & expertise.

I'm a new patient and LOVE EVERYONE in the office (receptionist to Dr. Denamur!) The latest & greatest technology & equipment can't replace the personal relationship that you build with your health caregivers. He took his time with me & gives shots more gentle than anyone I've ever had! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I've been going here since I moved to Columbus. Being one of his more boring patients I'll give you some tips:
If you brush your teeth at least once a day (preferably twice) and do at least a light flossing, you could be one of his boring patients too.
I can't tell you the age of the equipment used in his office, but at least it doesn't feel like they're taking a high pressure buffer to your teeth. They have this spray system that has a cool feeling but not his harsh as the rotating brush.

Love Dr. Denamur. He was super gentle taking out my wisdom teeth. He also made sure I was fine as this was my first dental procedure other than having cleanings. His staff is also awesome! I highly recommend
