I am now at day nine after having 18 teeth removed, during the planning process Mary was very knowledgeable and caring, and after taking the time to explain what I could expect, we started on this journey, 2 days after surgery I was seen by Dr Shirley and his staff for my first adjustment at which time they made me and my wife feel that we were part of there team and we will get this journey through together. I feel very blessed to have been recommended to Dr Shirley and staff. Thank you for putting my fears behind me

I really enjoyed my experience here! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they explained things as they were working on my teeth, told me why things happen, and explained how to prevent the issues. They provided me with referrals for an orthodontist and it was obvious that they care about getting you the best treatment. I was also pleasantly surprised with the pricing and membership plan. Since I'm new to the Dallas area, I'm very glad to have found a quality dentist right off the bat, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

I feel like part of the family every time my kids and I go in the office. Everyone remembers my kids and what is going on in their lives. I have never liked going to the dentist until now. The hygienest work together to see me and my 3 kids all at the same time, and Dr. Shirley always makes us feel comfortable! I love that he explains everything that is going on with my kids' teeth. They have all truly made going to the dentist a joy. From the first face we see when we walk in to the last face that we see as we schedule our next appointments... everyone is happy and smiling!

Nice office and staff so I do not fear going to the dentist at all. I am the type of person who wants ALL the information about my teeth, gums and mouth. I want to know good news or bad. Just give it all to me. Then lets discuss all options. They seem to get a bit agitated if you ask too many questions. That's why I gave them 4 stars otherwise great people.

The entire staff at DD is great! They have a sense of humor, they really listen to me and they talk me through everything they do,

Dr. Bickford has been my dentist for over 25 years and is very professional with excellent service. They do not overcharge and work closely with our insurance. My husband sees Dr. Shirley and has had comparable service. Their dental hygienists are timely so working on a tight cleaning schedule while juggling work is also possible. My daughter will now be seeing Dr. Bickford too now that she is leaving a pediatric dentist.
