Creekside Dental

I’m a new patient and have been seen three times. The office itself is nice and I can tell the team takes pride in their surroundings.

When I arrive I’m greeted by name l, mainly because the have a photo to identify patients but still it’s a nice touch to be greeted that way.

Dr. Hardwick has been great. Fixing what is necessary and giving a realistic treatment plan for future follow up. I’ve had some very poor experiences in the past but I think I may have found a dental home Creekside Dental.

Creekside Dental has by far been the best dental office ever. They are very attentive your needs as a patient. You are treated with dignity and as an individual and not a number. They listen to your dental concerns and needs and they don't pressure you for services. They make your dental visit personal and welcoming. They go over and beyond to make YOU feel valued as a customer. I will continue to use them for all my dental needs. I HIGHLY recommend Creekside Dental for all your dental needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD PROFESSIONAL WORK THAT YOU DO! A major shout out to the entire team at Creekside Dental. You all are a prime example of what supreme customer service should be. Great customer service surrounded by beautiful decor. This is the most pleasant dental visit you will ever experience. From beginning to end the spa like atmosphere, the warm towels, the roses, the laughter and the way everyone knows your name makes for an amazing dental visit. I have been a patient at this office for about two years. The staff has always been pleasant and great to work with. Unfortunately I recently had to visit another dentist office due to Creekside's inability to accommodate emergency appointments. I called the office multiple times about severe toothache, and the best they were able to do was prescribe me a higher dose pain killer and put me on a waitlist and pray that a an existing appointment is cancelled - I waited and never received a call back. I learned that my dentist only takes patients Tues-Thurs, so I was really hard pressed to get any help.

Given the severity of my pain, I had go elsewhere where they had the infrastructure and personnel to handle same day emergency appointments. It turns out I had severe inflammation in my tooth, so I was put on an antibiotic regiment (which helped tremendously) until I could fit the required root canal in my schedule a few weeks later. I am feeling so much better and while Creekside is closer I will be taking my primary dental care elsewhere.

The whole family truly loved the service and the staff at CS-dental. Their cheerful and respect, they show you positivity from the moment you step into the clinic! We have been going to dr Deaz for 5 years and not a single moment we regret it.. You Rock!

Amazing dental office. Customer service is exceptional. Work is awesome. Attention to detail like no other. Office is beautiful and staff are all friendly and accommodating. The best dentist office I have ever been to and I've had several in my lifetime. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had not been to the dentist in several years due to extreme anxiety, and I have to say working with the staff and doctors at Creekside has alleviated my anxieties so much. From the time I called to set up a new patient appointment with Simone, all the way through checkout I felt seen, validated and well informed as to what to expect throughout my visit. No shame for not having been to the dentist in years! Dr. Hardwick is awesome, and so carefully explained what was happening all the way through my treatments. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everyone (and I mean everyone) I encounter is so friendly, kind, and professional. I have been well cared for all the way through my treatment plan, and I am confident I will be coming to this team for care for the foreseeable future.

Dr Deas and Pam Deas are absolutely incredible. They have been my go to dentist for years. You can not find more excellent service provider, higher professionalism, better flexibility, and a more gregarious and pleasant place. I absolutely love the climate and culture! Don't take my word for it, please go to this dentist office. They are AMAZING!

OMG if you need a dentist, go here. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist but I read the reviews and decided to call. I’m so thankful I did. They receptionist were amazing and so kind. The office was amazing and clean. The woman who took my xrays was super nice. She explained any question I had in detail. She engaged with me about my personal life. The dentist was also very kind and didnt hurt me at all while checking my teeth. He also explain everything to me in detail. They are not out to get your money or do unnecessary work like other dentist. 10/10 recommend! They helped make me feel calm and comfortable. They also didn’t shame me for not caring about my teeth as much as I should’ve which I appreciated.
