Edge Center for Family Dentistry

Well, I was told by the office manager I could make payments which I was doing then on my second or third visit Chasity the office manager came in my room with a co-worker and question my honesty of my balance, I do believe it's her honesty that's at question here. My last visit I talked with the Dentist about what I was told by Chasity the Office Manager after leaving Chasity the Office Manager sent me a text stating that Dr. Rodriguez was " just a employee of hers and didnt know what was happening " well I've never seen a Office Manager be the boss of a Dentist before I myself was a office Manager for a Oral Surgeon and I was in no way his boss! Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful Dentist has done a outstanding job on my teeth but, I will not continue to go where theres rudeness and lies from the staff. I was treated horrible by all the front staff after the incident of being questioned about my honesty. I was also given several differnt prices in the beginning as well, who's HONESTY IS AT QUIESTION HERE?

I absolutely fell in love with this dentist office and all the personal I interacted with!!! Every question I had ANSWERED! Everyone was so polite and helpful! I was looking for a new dentist office and I’ve definitely found one!!! Kim was my hygienist and she was above and beyond great!!!

Had a dental appointment with dr Edge but never got to see him. Instead they booked my with dr Rodriguez! If she spent 5 min with me it was a lot! Appointment was for check up and cleaning, was told I couldn’t have a regular cleaning! Wasted my time and day keeping this appointment! Not happy!

Things come up that you have no control over and this dentist office doesn't care they will charge you 150 dollars if you have to reschedule your appointment. My appointment was at 8 am on Monday and the receptionist told me I had to have rescheduled by Friday however I didn't find out I had to come to work till Sunday which is the day they are closed and they didn't open till 8am Monday morning. I'm an assistant manager for goodwill so if someone doesn't show up is my job to cover them if needed. Worst dentist experience in my life. I wouldnt suggest going here if you actually have a life again they will charge you a 150 dollar reschedule fee. BEWARE.

I have been with the same dentist for 11 years. Doctor Edge and his staff are amazing. Thank you for your great service.

I was happy to know that impressions for retainers have been replaced by electronic scanning.

Poor service from Dr. Edge. Looked at an X-Ray ,stated I need a root canal and referred me out. I asked if I need antibiotics, he said no, The Endodontist could not see me for 3 weeks. I called the Tele Dentist for my insurance provider and she called in an antibiotic. I saw my long time Dentist that was out of network and he said I had an infection and scheduled me ASAP for the Root Canal and explained the procedure.

Great, thorough personal service. Our whole family has been with this dentist office for years…ages 2 to 82!

40+ years of dentist appointments and every dentist I ever saw scoffed and blew me off when I said I still could feel everything after 2+ Novacaine shots. Dr. Rodriguiz was the first dentist I've ever seen for a filling that believed me and DID something about it. First filling I've ever had that I wasn't in tears from the pain by the end of it.

They did warn me to take some Advil when I got home, and I'm glad because it did start hurting a lot when the shots wore off, but I'd still choose the shot through my jaw over getting fillings done when I can still feel everything.
