Like many people, I HATE going to the dentist. My last experience at one was extremely traumatic and since then, I haven't been back to one. Fast forward 11 years later, I'm in the situation of suffering teeth issues from pregnancy. I could barely eat, sleep, or speak without my wisdom tooth being highly sensitive and my gums getting very inflamed. My mother came across here and let me start by saying all the staff I encountered were very helpful and informative. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Kim was nice and gave great advice about pregnancy and teeth. She recommended that I get both of my top removed or the pain would transfer to the other side. Dr. W. Shin is hilarious. He's very sweet, congratulated me, made me comfortable, helped with my anxiety, made sure the procedure was safe for the baby (since I'm 20 weeks pregnant), and he had me out as quick as I sat in that chair. Not even 5 minutes passed and he was done with both of my wisdoms. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist! They definitely made this experience worth it!

This is literally the worst place you can go to for any kind of dental work. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Most of them are very unprofessional because they will not own up to anything that was their doing. Changing treatment plans and fees without a warning or even an explanation. The worst part is when you speak to the doctors all they can say is they take no responsibility for anything financial they only know the clinical part of the office. You talk to several employees as you go through your treatment plan and when you finally confront them about what's been going on throughout this experience, they all deny any involvement. Literally an 8 thousand dollar procedure was payed for upfront for them to not get half the work done and refuse a refund until you ask for an explanation why the refund isn't possible. Months later still no partial refund for work that wasn’t completed. There is a rude little tech girl that doesn't know what she is doing and literally almost choked my mom trying to get her impressions done. She got an attitude with me after confronting her about it. When I made the Dr. aware of this all she could say was sorry. The other dental assistant that spoke Spanish assumed my mom didn't speak English and was talking bad about my mom to the Dr. and when my mom came up behind her and asked to be shown to the bathroom the tech literally told the doctor "don't worry she doesn't understand" knowing damn well my mom was right in front of her and yes she understands! Had no apologies no kind of acknowledgement for racial act that she literally made toward her even though the tech is Hispanic herself. I think it’s hilarious that they have to pay for reviews because they knew I wouldn’t stay quiet! Not lying look at their timing they were all around the time we started having issues. Once I knew my mom would have no contact with them that’s when I posted mine because I didn’t want them to treat her worse than she had already been treated! Truly disgusting and horrific experience.

This office and all other “Smile Generation” ones exist solely for profit by charging as much as they possibly can. They billed my insurance over $1,300 for my initial X-rays and exam (which tells you all you need to know) and said I need a deep cleaning which I don’t disagree with. My insurance charges $65 per mouth area which I’m obviously willing to pay but they wanted over $600 worth of fees for other things such as laser treatment, irrigation, and, my favorite, a nearly $200 saliva bacteria test. I simply need dental care; I’m not trying to fund big dental through ridiculous and unnecessary services but they’re unwilling to do my cleaning without them. The employees were fairly nice but please do not visit this or their numerous other “local” locations. Their only goal is to overcharge you and your insurance; they don’t care about your teeth and will do all they can to extract as much money from you as legally possible.

Horrible dentist office. I paid for dental plan and it’s suppose to be good for a year. Went back in 6 months for cleaning and they said I didn’t have the plan said they charged me as a new patient exam. I was not a new patient at the time that was a lie. The girl up front act as if she wasn’t really for sure what was going on and that her manager was not in. Do yourself a favor and not use this office as your dental office and if you do keep copies and track of everything you sign and purchase. I will never go back

I have no idea what the dentist and doctors are like. Because front staff is incompetent. On numerous occasions I was having issues with them receiving a referrals from my primary dentist office for oral surgery. My dentist office resent the referral and cc'd me. It verified delivery. Yet when I called this dentist, they continually confused me with another patient's referral from my same primary dentist. After 20 minutes on the phone, 3 times on hold, setting up a patient portal, and then being directed to another receptionist; they still didn't schedule me. All of a sudden, they cannot find my referral. As well as refusal of an appointment with out my insurance card. To help, I printed the referral email, and walked my referral inside. Just to be told that the oral surgeon there cannot see me for my condition. The condition told them I needed to be seen for every time I called over the last 3 weeks!!!

Decent dentists, but plagued with administrative issues and poor management. My experiences:
1. Cancelled appointments without prior notification.
2. Showed up at the scheduled time to find the office closed.
3. Overbilling (5x duplicates were sent to the insurance company for the same visit).
4. The front desk tends to open late and close early.
5. Minimal transparency / explanation for billing and services.

I had Amna, the best dental assistant ever! She was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, helpful, explained things to me so I really understood everything. Amna also answered my many questions w/a 😃, helped w/my anxiety by talking to me, great sense of humor but remained professional at the same time. I then had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rizvi who also had all of the qualities that Amna has. In addition, Dr. Rizvi had a plan for me based on Xrays, exam but also because she actually listened to my concerns & desired outcome I spoke of for myself. Everyone in the office smiled at me through their masks, office was very clean & they took extra cleaning precautions that I truly appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend everyone to come to Loganville Dentist Office!

Everyone was nice! The office was clean and seem to be following all COVID-19 protocol. All the staff was wearing mask. Stephan the assistant was super nice and funny. He made me feel comfortable even though I hate going to the dentist! Would definitely be going back. Would recommend!
