I visited my Dentist office today and Dr.MIT & Natalia were great.The treatment coordinator Norma was awesome at perry family dental she even helped me with my opening enrollment with my employer choosing the right plan to help me for the future setting me up for success thank you guys that was cool ,and I highly recommend this business for your family Dental treatment

Dr. Perry has been my dentist now for about 2.5 years. Took care of a root canal for me, and I felt nothing. Handle two extractions for me, and I felt nothing. They're good about reminding me to get my cleanings and keeping an eye on my insurance coverage. His staff has also been wonderful. The one time he wasn't able to help me, he found an oral surgeon who could see me the same day. Highly recommended.
Update: It's now been around 4 years. The practice has changed ownership, now under Dr. Mit. I did have one unfortunate experience with one of his staff (nothing really terrible just multiple small things that all added up in a single visit) and he was very understanding of my concerns and handled it professionally. I've been back a couple times since then and they're awesome. Dr. Mit is a really cool guy and very gentle, and seems to be a respectable family man. The lady at the front desk is great at explaining charges, insurance-related topics, stuff I'm just not very good with. Natalia is the only other staff member I know by name, she's amazing as well. Despite my one negative experience here, I still recommend this location.

I really am so happy I chose Perry Family Dentist for my dental provider from the moment I called to get a appointment I was greeted very professional over the phone by the receptionist which made me feel comfortable my appointment was set up and from that point on I am very overjoyed that I chose them for my dental care. They show concern for the patients from receptionist Kia to the hygienist to the doctor. I would recommend anyone that are looking for a great family Dentist office this is the one. 🙂

Great experience, it was my first time doing a deep clean and it was wonderful. My mouth feels brand new and the dentist were very patient and made me feel very comfortable. They even accommodated me to have everything done the same day.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Brahmbhatt is extremely kind and gentle while working. I just had a root canal and a filling done on the same day and everything went pretty smooth. Vanessa the assistant is really nice and always make sure that you are comfortable and not feeling any pain. Overall I feel that their work is very professional.

I contacted Perry Family Dentist, on September 28, 2022 and front desk receptionist, Keya answered the phone. I proceeded to provide, Keya with information concerning my retired military insurance dental plan and was rudely interrupted by Keya with an attitude that is unbecoming. Keya, was disrespectful with her tone of voice, unprofessional in the way she conducted herself by being very impatient not allowing me to explain my dental plan codes, and substandard in providing quality customer service. I will not recommend this dental facility to any of my family, friends, or anyone I come into contact with. I highly recommend, Keya to recieve some quality customer service training to prevent this type of behavior from continuing in the future.
