Just be sure to check their spreadsheets (yes they create their own spreadsheet of costs) against your insurance Explanation of Benefits. I’ve had the experience of this office trying to recoup their insurance write-off cost by trying to charge me a cost that the insurance company said is NOT my responsibility. Had a three-way call with the insurance company, dental office, and myself and front office worker, Melody, is absolutely clueless, even after the insurance company tried to explain things to her. Their office niceness is not the problem; their problem, at least with me, is their lack of understanding when it comes down to medical billing and phone unprofessionalism. Clean teeth are good, but CHECK YOUR BILLING.

For years I hated going to the dentist because it always involved pain and man-handling of my mouth. As a result I neglected my teeth. When I first saw Dr Patel, I had some serious issues with my teeth. But she is just excellent!! She is gentle and friendly and her staff are just as good. I never experience any pain now and I actually enjoy my dental visits!!!! I love Dr Patel.

Dr. Patel is fantastic. She diagnosed my TMJ when I first started seeing her. I had symptoms before but my previous dentist had never diagnosed it. She is very personable and very caring. I would never go anywhere else. My whole family sees her now. Her staff are all very friendly and competent.

Just recently, I needed a temporary tooth fixed and Dr. Patel met me at her office, on her day off, to help me. All Dental Care is great with communication, following protocol, and really caring for their patients. (and their little ones too). We recently went after all the Covid closures opened up and the place was clean and sanitized regularly. They took the necessary protocols to make sure patients are comfortable before coming, during our visit, as well as following up afterwards. Highly recommended!

They are super nice, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what is going on with your teeth and what the plan is. Very gentle and it isn’t an overwhelming experience (the way I normally feel going to the dentist). They make you feel super comfortable. And very good with kiddos too!
