Dr. Jackson is the best dentist. He makes you feel comfortable, he’s funny and if you catch him on a great day you can hear him serenade in his clients. His staff are very nice people and extremely helpful. I love this dental office.

There are so many great things I can say about them. They are all so nice & down to earth. They explained insurance & out of pocket costs BEFORE doing any work (and accurately I might add... if they said it would be $100 out of pocket, that's exactly what it was if not less. No surprise cost after the fact) They didn't push me to have anything done that I was not fully prepared to do & they worked with me & my schedule. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jackson! He is hilarious & makes me feel so comfortable. I've always hated going to the dentist but I have to say I look forward to my appointments here. I would highly recommend them. They do an amazing job & have great personalities & a welcoming atmosphere.

Today was my first visit at Midway Family Dental and I will say that Dr. Jackson is truly the best dentist I have ever had. I was nervous coming in and he made it so smooth he was kind enough to thoroughly explain my treatment and truly cared about my oral health. The hygienist I had was excellent she made me feel very comfortable. & The front office staff was amazing and very helpful! Dr. Jackson and his staff are the greatest. After being told by an ENT doctor that I didn't have an ear infection but had continued pain in that area, we decided to see if the problem might be coming from my teeth. Dr. Jackson found the problem and gave me some instant relief 😁 I need to go back for some follow up and I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist again. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my visit! How many people can say that?

Based on the reviews, I thought I had found a good dentist who was close to my home, but I was disappointed. My check up and cleaning were fine, but my husband's experience was not good. We were both scheduled for check ups and cleanings. However, instead of my husband receiving a cleaning they brought him upstairs to an oral surgeon who is not even in our network to discuss implants, which would have costs thousands of dollars. Then while I was having my exam, the dentist talked to me about my husband's teeth, which I thought was inappropriate. I felt like it was a hard sell. Needless to say, my husband never received his dental cleaning, which was one of the main reasons for our appointment. I was not happy with his experience and left a message for the office manager, but she never called me back. This dental office just lost two patients.

I can’t thank Dr. Rollins and his staff enough for giving me back my smile. They didn’t price gauge me and for that I’m so thankful and appreciative. I am welcomed with a smile when I enter their office. Julie and Debby are amazing! They were so patient with me. I had a little anxiety (it is the dentist) haha…and they calmed my nerves. If I ever should move away, I would travel back to have my teeth cleaned! Hands down! Love y’all!!!

Dr. Jackson is the best! I have an unnatural fear of the dentist and all dental work and he ALWAYS puts me at ease! His staff are always great and they go our of their way to make you fee like family! Highly recommend them!
