The whole team is amazing. Everyone is sweet and very welcoming. Dr. Kim is very understanding and makes sure everybody is taken care of. Front desk has everything ready and is always smiling ready to help with anything. DAs are super professional throughout procedures and they make sure to keep the office space clean. Definitely recommend!

I had my first appointment and it included a "teeth cleaning" this was not a prophy or a proper teeth cleaning at all. In a normal dental office there is a hygienist who does the cleaning. The same dentist painfully scraped my teeth for about 3 minutes. Than a dental assistant went And " polished" my teeth for 5 minutes. It was not done in each tooth properly and it felt like it was rushed. This was not a proper cleaning. I've had dozens done. Trust me this was a terrible service. Also that same assistant had gloves on. Picked up something from the floor . Through it away and used her phone and all the same gloves on while she did the "polishing" super gross and frankly an oshoa violation. On the other hand the administration was impeccable and very kind and attentive. The lobby was very clean and smelled nice. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Like I said this was not a proper adult teeth cleaning or first time appointment.

The last thing you get from this place is a happy smile.What a joke.Unprofessional service from the front desk to the dentist. The last thing you want is 1 or 2 other people joining the dentist to laugh and have conversations while working on your teeth. From a rushed filling/cleaning job to telling me not to mess with a tooth with a hole in it if it's not bothering me.I'm learning that dentists are suppose to check your blood pressure before performing a procedure such as an extraction. I asked them about this and they said no.Big red flags.And as a result i declined having this extraction done.This place is a nightmare.The only thing they want is your money.Definitely my last visit there.Great dentists are out there if you look hard enough.

No one ever answers the phone. Walked into the office to schedule the girl had an attitude when I told her I was unable to reach someone when I called Several times. As I’m waiting to schedule as a new patient there’s kids SCREAMING in the back, the techs then come to the front to gossip about the patient. Very unprofessional and they don’t answer the phone so just imagine if your needing to get ahold of someone urgently.

They are excellent. From the receptionist to their dental-assistant and dr. Eugene Kim is great. She is soo nice explaining everything that I need and want to know about my child’s dental needs. She also accepts adults patients as well.

I think Lesli Liz was high on laughing gas on her visit, because the staff here are extremely friendly and super helpful when It came to making appointments. And they took Very good care of me when I went.

Okay I didn't say anything when they redid a feeling that I had done less than 5 years ago I didn't say anything when my teeth were sensitive after they did the cavities and had to go somewhere else to have it fixed but I'm going to say something now. The office manager in there is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I the office number and told them my issues and his response is you need to find another dentist because I asked for them to send over a prescription of antibiotics he said I need to be seen first so they can do is wrong but I'm pretty sure and the x-rays they took the last time they saw that what they had redone was already up feeling but I had no complaints about that I'm complaining now because when I went into the office after he said you need to find another dentist he found it funny that I was explaining everything to the I guess assistant of the doctor and what I told him it wasn't funny she didn't check him or correct him she turned around and told me that I don't need to be talking to him but if he's sitting there laughing at me that's disrespectful and rude and that's no way to treat a patient. I love Diana she was understanding. Last but not least my sin has never been afraid of the dentist but he hates going there

Happy Smiles is definitely the WRONG NAME for this dental office. I am well aware that there is a 15 minute grace period for appointment times because I inquired prior to this appointment. I called and scheduled an appointment for an extraction because on my previous visit it was determined that I needed it. I arrived exactly 7 minutes late to find the front desk assistant and the dentist Dr. Kim standing at the desk having a private conversation which they continued as if I were not standing there. After 2 minutes he turns to me only to tell me that I'd need to be rescheduled. I had literally left work early that day and sat in traffic to get there only to be treated as if I don't matter! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!✌🏾

I went here for a year and a half and every visit was faster and faster. My last visit I was there for a total of 10 minutes; including wait time. They didn’t use the cleaning paste or floss at all. They don’t take the time to clean your teeth the way they should. I just got a new dentist and spent 2 hours there getting everything checked out to make sure my teeth are good. I almost needed a root canal but luckily just a filling. It wouldn’t surprise me if they do poor preventative care to make you spend more money later on.
