Excellent staff, excellent service, nothing could have been any smoother! Thank you Dr. David Bowen for starting this practice so many years ago. Also, thank Dr Ben Knaak, Teresa Shoaf, and all the office staff for making this experience such a pleasure. Dr. Knaak met my 88-year-old mother at the office on a cold rainy Sunday afternoon to grind down a tooth that was shredding her cheek. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our family!

Always a great experience at 3 Rivers. Teresa has been my hygienist for probably 20 years. She's so gentle while cleaning my teeth. No soreness the next day! She's always positive and upbeat and it's evident she truly cares about her patients. When my dad passed away, she went above and beyond and sent me a sympathy card! Three Rivers is fortunate to have her on their staff. I've mainly seen Dr. Knaak over the years and he is wonderful as well. Very thorough. So kind and truly cares about his patients. Lastly, I've seen Dr. Oyler only a couple of times, but he has always been kind and thorough as well. Highly recommend them!

I went here because of all the reviews. But this facility is a joke specially if you need a work done worth 15,000. If you need cosmetic done like bridge work, this is not a place to go. Specially the Dr name Oyler he is so arrogant. I have the video of how he was poking and jamming my teeth/gum because I wasn't happy of the color and shape of the teeth and he was mad he just wanted me to take it and deal with what he was about to cement in my mouth. Then he's work only lasts over 2 years-the teeth broke, and he never offer warranty. He told me to come back and he'll only charge me half of the price of what I paid for. And to find out my new dentist examine his work, it wasn't even a real porcelain as he promised, he advised all these what's best to get and so that's what I paid for. To learn it wasn't what he promised. And his work wasn't properly done as I get terrible sensitivity from whatever cold and hot I eat or drink even after 2 yrs. If there's one thing I regret in my life is looking, reading reviews, checking and trusting this place to work on my teeth. And to add I only threw away 15,000 of my hard earned money.

This is the cleanest dentist office I have ever seen. Very nice location. Overlooks the Braves stadium. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and careful with me. They took their time and evaluated me and made the plan for my dentistry going forward. Dr. Oyler and the team were very efficient. They got me in and out and kept my anxiety to a minimum. It was a pleasant visit even though my anxiety was at a 10 because I had to leave my house which it always is no matter when or where I have to go ,they did not cause it to rise up so that’s a good thing for me. I appreciate what they did for me and what they have planned for me in the future. I would recommend this group and Dr. Oyler and his team for your dentistry needs for you and your family.
