I had my first appointment today at Roswell Mill Dentistry. The staff was extremely friendly during each step of the process. Dr. Cherof sat with me at the very beginning to discuss my overall dents health and if there was anything that needed to be addressed. I’ve never been to a dentist where they actually spend time with you before the appointment, following the x rays and pictures to discuss any potential areas of concern and then again after the cleaning. I was very impressed by the thoroughness and communication from Dr Cherof. The dental assistant, Alex was excellent and friendly and Jasmine, the hygienist also did a great job. The office was top-notch with brand new equipment and even entertainment available on the ceiling.

Overall, I was very pleased by the entire experience and glad to have found my forever dentist.

After my experience at Roswell Mill Dentistry today I am starting to wonder if the nervousness that I have always experienced at the thought of visiting the dentist was because I never found a good enough dentist. Thankfully, today I did. This was by far the best visit to a dentist office I've ever had. I can tell in the first 5 seconds of interacting with someone whether or not they care. I was super impressed and extremely grateful that every single employee that assisted me at the office not only cared, but they cared a lot. And not only did they care a lot but they were extremely proficient at their respective jobs. Thank you Chandra, Emily, Dr. Cherof, and Lori for the excellent care you gave me today.

I never leave detailed reviews but the experience I just had is worth the time. I got home from my first cleaning at Roswell Mill Dentistry an hour ago and already got off the phone with my brother and husband referring Dr. Cherof (and staff). First, the receptionist (Alex I think her name was?) was so warm and welcoming. She gave me cookies! I am a new patient so I thought the paper work would be dreadful and long but it really wasn’t. As soon as I was done I was seen immediately! They gave me a tour of the gorgeous office (seriously those barn doors were stunning) and showed me where everything gets sterilized. Very very clean!!! Then I went into a room where they gave me a Comfort Menu! Yes, a COMFORT MENU! I can ask for anything to make me more comfortable..HBO, a blanket, headphones...you name it! Then I spoke with Dr. Cherof about my appointment and my history and then off to get a few pictures of my teeth and then my cleaning (I watched Netflix while this was being done. Awesome). Jasmine was my hygienist and she was fantastic! Very thorough and gentle and super sweet. Then, Dr Cherof came back in and he made recommendations and showed me in detail on the screen why he made those recommendations. He even showed me how to identify a cavity so I know I was getting honest care! Also, this was the first time a dentist showed me before and after pics of my teeth cleaning! That was impressive to say the least. I am so so happy I finally found a dentist and so thankful that Dr Cherof answered his clear calling of becoming a dentist.

The staff was amazing. Dr. Cherof is very thorough, pleasant demeanor. Prompt service, very personable, the office was so relaxing being that I get very anxious during these visits. I am ashamed to admit I neglected my dental needs for quite some time and not once did I sense any intimidation. Just an overall wonderful experience and I am looking forward to my next visit.

This is the best dentist I've ever been too!! As soon as you walk in, it feels like you're at home. Their customer service is excellent and they take care of you from beginning to end. I also learned something new that I haven't learned from any other dentist I've been to. I highly recommend this dentistry if you're looking for a new dentist home!! 😊😊

A great experience. State of the art equipment and cleanliness are evident. COVID-19 protocols strictly followed by all personnel. Appointment time was exactly as made with no wait time. Front office personnel friendly and welcoming and my hygienist was knowledgeable, efficient and fully explained each step being taken as a first visit patient. Dr. Cherof was quickly on hand after x-rays and cleaning were completed; warm and friendly while verifying hygienist notations of areas possibly needing to be watched but not necessarily calling for immediate work. Exam was thorough and informative and in no way pressed to upscale to any service or procedure not necessarily needed. Glad I followed up on the referral to Roswell Mill Dentistry and highly recommend Dr. Cherof and his staff.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Hands down. Thorough and consultative. Educated me on the decisions behind the treatment plan for new crowns and addressed all my questions. Front office staff was exceptionally nice and helpful as well.

I recently tried Roswell Mill Dentistry and the experience was terrific. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted with a smile by Chandra to my consultation and cleaning with Dr. Cherof, it was nothing short of a 5 star experience. It is easy to tell that Dr. Cherof and his team are very proud of their new dental office.

Great people great customer service, very friendly and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist experience and very professional flawless work.
