I had no idea that I grinded my teeth when I slept. My dentist in Roswell, GA, Dr. Suvidha Sachdeva, DDS, of Sunshine Smiles Dentistry, diagnosed the problem and recommended that I get a nightguard to wear when I slept to avoid future damage to my teeth. She even suggested that I might feel better! I was skeptical. She was, however, more than right! Getting the night guard has been a true-life changing event. Since wearing it, I have slept so much better, my jaw no longer aches, and I am protecting my teeth. Thank you Dr. Sachdeva! I want to share my story so other skeptics may reconsider after reading this.

I broke my tooth Thursday night at dinner . I called Dr Sachdiva and told me to canoe to office Friday to look at my tooth . That was very caring for her to see me because office is usually closed on Friday.I’m thankful for Her and Her Staff for caring about their patients.
