The employees and dentist were very professional and courteous. The only issue I had was just not a lot of instructions of procedures before hand and that's just a personal preference. I like to know what's coming and if it is going to be painful before it happens. The dentist visit is very stressful to me, more than most people. The other issue I had was the fact the Department of Veterans Affairs was paying for this and it takes a process for anything to get done in a timely manner, which is not the fault of the dentist. But still, I left there with the same issue I can with.

Whomever answers the phones for appointments is very unprofessional, Dr Allen was accepting new patients, then all of a sudden he wasn't, he doing referrals, he's not pulling teeth, what Dentist doesn't pull teeth.Maybe a profile update is in order
