Robert T. Baird, D.D.S.

My filling came out and I was able to get in the next morning. We love Dr Baird and have been using him for a long time. I refer anyone who asks to him. He’s brutally honest which I respect. Most people can’t handle honesty but who wants a dentist that lies. My husband had dental anxiety and he always does great with Dr Baird. We will be patients for as long as he’s in Business. Oh and PLEASE DONT LISTEN TO OTHERS HORROR STORIES. Go see for yourself if you don’t like him go somewhere else. He’s funny and has a great sense of humor.

Completely did not correctly fix my granddaughter two front teeth, they were broken, he “fixed “ them, they are jagged after his “fixing “ them TWICE, he yells at children and berates them for being anxious and scared. Can I please take away the one star?? He doesn’t rate that

Absolutely amazing! Scheduled a problem visit dentist and staff very friendly. Dentist Mr. Baird took consideration for my pain and discomfort immediately fixed the issue and scheduled future visits to continue treatment! Thank You for all that you do!!

For some months now I've been a patient of Doctor Baird, today that changed. Not only is the man himself completely devoid of bedside manner or anything resembling compassion, but every visit is also accompanied by a condescending lecture. This is only made worse by his receptionist, who is full of judgment and always virtually interrogates you with an unnecessary amount of rudeness should you ever have to reschedule. This time she felt the need to inform me that she'd have to see if Dr Baird would even be willing to see me again... and if a dentist is so petty as to drop a patient due to rescheduling, and not consider that we all have lives that dont stop because we've scheduled an appointment... Then i can and will find one elsewhere... one whose self and staff wont treat me with such disrespect and lack of courtesy.

After reading some of these reviews, I was a bit nervous to take my child. Her last dentist was a real piece of art and should retire. Anyway, my 13 year old was terrified to get some dental work done. So terrified that her other dentist refused to treat her. Dr. Baird took the time to talk to her and find out what she was scared of and explain things to her. He joked around with her to make her feel at ease and her anxiety lessened. He was quick and made her feel very comfortable. I will be changing all of my kids to his office.

Now, the office is old school in terms of appeal, but, I'll take old school over a modern office with an as*shole dentist anyday.

I am glad, I didn't rely solely on a few bad reviews because I was very happy with him and his care.

I went to Dr. Bairds office today to get what I thought was going to be 2 teeth pulled. Upon examination he found I only needed 1. I like my teeth so that was good to hear. The bill was about 160 dollars including xrays. Compared to other dentist I called that was a fraction of what everyone else wanted. I liked his up front attitude and everyone was polite. I did notice here that he got some bad reviews. On the lady that complained he was a racist because he mentioned that her childs gap was a prominent issue with blacks well that's no different than your general practicioner telling you that you have sickle cell and that its prominent to blacks. That doesn't make him a racist. On the individual that was angry about using well care on a kid that doesn't take care of his teeth, well that's no different than using Medicaid to get a liver transplant when you drank all your life. I wasn't the only person waiting there. There was also a young black woman with 4 screaming kids in the waiting room. Not once did I see or hear anyone be impolite to her or profile her in any way. Get over yourself. Dr. Baird is a very good dentist. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Baird is very rude and unprofessional in my opinion because he informed me that the reason my child has a gap is because she's black and it is very likely in the African American community. He also felt the need to inform me that he's very fluent in African American names as if it's a course to take in that. I was very upset so my children and I will not be returning back to that office, I don't care how far I have to drive.

I wanted to give a review/my opinion on Dr. Baird. I have to say that my experience was AMAZING & Dr. Baird was phenomenal!!! I had to have 3 teeth pulled & I had to be awake for it. He talked to me about the procedure & let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Needless to say my fear was conquered today & it wasn't even painful at, no pain! Dr. Baird & his staff are very nice people & seem to care about their patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Best dentist around and a great staff! Dr. Baird is very thorough and does amazing work that lasts a lifetime. He has been my dentist for over 30 years.
