I had a teeth cleaning appointment two days ago and the dental assistant who worked on me was nice, but very hard on my teeth. I already have weak enamel, but she was being very heavy handed with the metal tools and scraped both my teeth and my gums too much. When I said "Ouch" after she scraped my gum, she tried to act like it was because I didn't floss enough. My teeth felt fine prior to the appointment, but after ward two of my teeth felt sore and were much more sensitive to cool water. I am no longer Dr. Ohira's patient because of this experience and would not recommend them.
